It was super clean and great location.

It was at the end I had just order out food at the restaurant I notice it was 10:15am check out time Was 11:00am we were all packed up just to go upstairs and grab our luggage. I decided to let front desk we were having breakfast once we were done I will make sure to leave the room. The lady at the front desk said “why don’t you empty the room now so you can take your time because by 11:00 the room has to be empty” I had just told her I ordered my food already. Well I had to go upstairs to bring my luggage by my self by the time I did that food was cold and I had 15 minutes before 11:00. I could easily enjoy my breakfast and check out on time. I thought that’s was rude and unconsidered.

The sea-view was great, but the highlight was the pool. They keep the temperature so nice and warm I could stay in there all day. A bonus is the 2 for one drinks at the bar. Granted, the menu price is a little high (Margaritas are 140 pesos or $8.40) but when you get two of them for that price, makes it better of course. The room was very comfortable, we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room as well as a couch that could become a bed, it was perfect for our toddler having a place to sleep that was low to the floor. The staff was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we are in Mazatlan. PS. There are complaints in other reviews about road noise, we did not hear a lot of noise on the 10th floor and slept very well.

We would have liked more lounge chairs available around the pool, we had to wait for some guests to leave so we could have ones in the sun.

Great location, clean and pretty comfortable. Excellent and friendly staff though get your translation app ready if you don’t speak Spanish, food was also very good

Very spotty, very bad to terrible day or night at times WiFi 🛜 service. This is important service to me and may affect my return in the future. Check-out process was very slow since only 1 overworked receptionist was available. She did her Best 👍🏻

For what we wanted the location was perfect. The staff are incredible. The hotel was always clean. The food was good.

The elevators were constantly under repair. The beds were extremely hard for us. We were on the front side of the building and the noise was too the extreme.

Room is spacious, unimpeded view of the Pacific Ocean as promised, shower has good pressure, location is very central - close to everything

There's an arterial road right in front of the hotel, which could get noisy - not so much traffic noise, but the pulmoneras (golf-cart taxis) and ATVs passing by often blast music late into the night. AC also makes quite a bit of noise, but it actually masks and mitigates the traffic noise/ music. Wifi is fine, but for cellphones you have to sign in every so often (not sure about duration, maybe half an hour), otherwise you'll end up using your own data.

Busy main street, not many places within easy walking distance.

Pool designed for kids including 2 water slides. Our room had a sofa that turns into a bed. Balcony view to El Malecón. Movable table for kids to play with toys.

Elevator was too slow, very hot without AC and not easy to access since it was very busy. I would have liked to get more towels for a family of 5. Needs a towel/mat at the exit of the shower. The AC was too loud, especially at night.

We liked the location as it was close to everything but the noise on the Malecon at night is loud. We switched to a lake side room and it made a world of difference. I wouldn’t spend the money on the view if you want to get any sleep.

They only had one person that spoke really good English so it was hard to converse with the staff.
