The place was clean, easy to get to, close to Down Town and places around the town. The young lady at the front desk (staff) was nice too.

There was a problem with the reservation, apparently it was not the hotel system, even though I had a confirmation from booking.com … at the end the front desk girl gave us a room and respected the reservation. The continental breakfast was not hood at all, the bread was cold and hard 🥺.

Very convenient from the ferry. they have renovated since my last stay. Spare, but clean and the bathroom is lovely.

The 'breakfast included' is a piece of toast - just one - with 1/8 of an apple sliced very thin. Hardly qualifies as any sort of meal at all. Should definitely not be advertised as a breakfast. The hot water in the shower is a puzzle as to what is hot and what is cold, and it takes FOREVER to get hot water. Literally - turn it on and go back to bed. Took a long time to check in as the clerk could not find my reservation. She eventually did, then she tried to make a key and couldn't. Had to call someone on the phone to figure it out. All this at 11 pm with 3 rooms waiting to check in. Took over 30 minutes to check in.

Warm people. Arrived at 1030 pm. Clerk was helpful. Had her associate take me to my room. My Spanish is adequate but it helped to have him show me how door card activated lights.

easy access to ferry felt safe. lovely shrimp in restaurant.

leak in first room but within half hour they moved us which was great.

Old bath towels. You can here people outside like if they were inside your room.

Great staff. Love my pool area. Has a restaurant by pool which would have been lovely but closed the Sunday severe there.

Would like mini fridge and coffee maker in rooms.

It's a fun little hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only petty issue, no coffee maker.
