Breakfast was far above an beyond any breakfast buffet weve seen in the USA and Mexico (chilaquiles, rajas con crema, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs w ham, eggs w chorizo, flour tortillas, taquitos, pan dulce, milk, natural juices even green! plus coffee and pastries, we didnt spend on bfast all trip!

I wish i would have known they also have suites! like in the USA we always get a suite, the room felt cramped as we are used to getting suites

Location, food , room and that i was able to leave my car until i got back from my trip at no cost.

I didn’t like that they do not provide the shuttle for pick up from the airport.

Finally a place Booking pitches that ACTUALLY MATCHES THE IMAGES. Very Good breakfast great staff EXCEPT FOR A PRETENTIOUS PONY TAIL DUDE AT NIGHT.

The Pretentious Pony Tail Dude at night Reception, needs to actually be GLAD HE HAS GUEST that come to the Hotel. Lacks people skills.

Great place when going to the ball park! We took a bunch of friends; all stayed at the hotel and enjoyed it. The breakfast is excellent!

Breakfast was varied and excellent. Rooms were very nice.

Ac/heat controls were very difficult to adjust. Of course it could have been me.

It was the best stay I've ever had in hermosillo. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. The staff was nothing but helpful and gracious. And it was super clean everywhere.the rooms the grounds the lobby. And my room was upgraded which I enjoyed very much.

I have no complaints.

The location is great. we always stay here, use the shuttle and are allowed to leave our car while traveling. Left to early for breakfast this time buy it has always been good.

This is a fine hotel with a very attentive staff, good breakfast, great airport shuttle options.

It's a bit expensive for here in Mexico.

Overall excellent, not quite as good as previous stays. Would like to see evening access to snacks and drinks, including alcohol, all paid by we customers.

Great location for going to a ball game in Hermosillo. And the breakfast is wonderful!
