The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My mother had an appointment for her tourist visa renewal. You can get to the CAS in just a minute walking.

The room the hotel staff choose was great and according to my request, we just didn't knew about the regular noises caused by the other guests and the elevator. I didn't mind, but my mother is a really light sleeper. We had the room 117, great location inside the building, just a little noisy because of the bells, dings, and steps we heard.

I like the Friday morning front desk lady who handled so well calls and the lobby full of clients waiting for reservations and check outs she never lost the control and answer the calls with the highest customer service expectations, the housekeeping, courtesy taxi and the rest of the staff very friendly, greeting every time , I’m very observant on customer service, make us feel welcome, keep that standard please.

Everything in easy reach. Staff very accommodating. We had an early departure a half hour before breakfast. Kitchen staff made sure we had our coffee and breakfast early!

The location was not walker friendly. We had to pass large commercial buildings and lots to get to our nearest dinner restaurant, which was quite good.

The room was clean and disinfected, the breakfast was really good it had many options of food and the silverware was in individual packaging. There is a vending machine with some supplies you can need like toothpaste and some snacks. The internet connection was really stable and fast perfect for work. The staff was kind and attentive they guided us very well. In the bathroom, there are some notes to to promote conscious use of water, a good addition in my opinion

During the day you can hear some construction noise from the rooms above us like they were on repairs in ended up being a little uncomfortable. The problem with the location is that they aren't many restaurants nearby so you have to go out or ask for delivery, and if it's raining is difficult to find delivery available. The hotel could have a shuttle service from the airport sometimes is hard to find a taxi available if it's raining.

No shuttle service even though it was mentioned online. They have private taxi outside if u need any.

It was clean, well appointed, very quiet, and reasonably priced. It also was near the medical center where we had appointments, making it easy for us to walk both there and to the downtown area for restaurants and musical events.

All seemed fine.

Excellent for an overnight stay before catching a flight. Within walking distance of the cathedral and main-square. Great breakfast buffet starting at 6am.

Shuttle to airport starts only at 8am

Good breakfast...excellent staff....specially MINI at the check in counter...SO friendly...and patience!!!

This place was a little out dated but Marriott refreshed it and feels just like when it opened.

The staff can be rude. They don’t say excuse.
