The location, the restaurant and parking was satisfactory. I also liked that we were able to get our room before actual check in time. We were here for a National Padel Competition so it was nice to be able to get our room before and rest and freshen up before we had our games.

Good location, friendly staff, and breakfast. Easy to commute to downtown, and there are restaurants nearby.

A little more expensive for the level of the place, and the WiFi was not always reliable. Windows are not sound proof, so you can hear the noise from the big street outside.

Their food is amazing and staff is so helpful.

I liked everything about the hotel except sometimes parking is a bit stressed; but again staff had me park at front solving the issue

Small rooms, they were not sure about us having a service dog and wanted to charge us 800 pesos but I had an email from the hotel saying that they accept service dogs at no charge. Definitely got a better rate on Booking.com

Attentive staff, clean and comfortable

No breakfast included for the price and Genius level 3 which is not getting me much more than Genius level 1 by the way.

One of our rooms shared walls with a loud couple next door and you could hear it through the walls

Better than expected, very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower with all the amenities. The room comes with a Keurig coffee machine, which is great, also a bottle of complimentary water (nice touch) and a refrigerator. The restaurant is great too!

I would say a little noise in the bottom floor and bathroom fan didn’t work, other than that everything was nice.

We asked for a quiet room. We were put in an area nearby construction. Even though there were very few people at the hotel, we were given a room very near super loud guests. They partied in the hall & swcurity did not stop them

I would given a 10, but I did not like the fact that there was a birthday party at the pool on Saturday and we were not able to use the pool, you owe me a day in the pool 😉👌 The pool was the main reason I stayed at this hotel but with this birthday party, there were too many kids in the pool and we did not feel comfortable to get in.
