Despite the language barrier , all the staff were nice and cautious. The neighborhood is calm too. Their breakfast is another lovely treat I enjoyed during my stay. It’s about 15 minutes from the border and very affordable.

Bookings assigned me a double bed, causing me to lose $150MX every night for 5 nights. I pleaded for a change and they wouldn’t allow me.

Everything was good. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast spread could be better. Coffee was average. Hotel location is bit far from Nogales Mall.

I enjoyed the front desk staff and the fresh fruit.

The bedding in our room was dirty. Had to replace everything and the remote control did not work but later got a new remote.

I needed to print some documents, it would be nice if there were a computer center and new sheets and printer, they nicely offered me to print my documents from their computer but they only had used sheets, no white new paper available.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty.

The sofa bed did not look to clean, but we didn’t need to use it, so it wasn’t a problem.

It's a quiet place to relax. Clean and organized. I really recommend you to stay there.
