During our stay at Esmeralda Resort in Rocky Point, we were thoroughly impressed and delighted. The room and amenities were exactly as advertised, if not better in person. The beauty of the surroundings and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, making our experience truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Esmeralda Resort for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The condo itself was beautiful and the views were exceptional. The condo has everything to prepare a meal and it was clean, very tastefully decorated as well. The restaurant was opened and the bar made great drinks, the staff was kind and helpful. There was plenty of activities you can book in the binder. It’s a 15 minute drive to town but we loved being secluded.

There’s construction on the building next door. There is no room service and the noise for the construction made it less relaxing. The pool is not heated but the jacuzzi was. There was only 5 towels and we had to wash every day. The shampoo and conditioner were awful but just bring your own.

The room itself was beautiful, it did not look like there has been been much use. We were moved to the 8th floor which was a much better view of the sea. The facilities were clean. The property was also clean and appeared to be well maintained. Though we did not eat at the poolside bar/ restaurant it was nice to know that it was there. Also there was room service available. The balconies are huge spanning the full length of the condo. The hot tub in the master bedroom is also a nice touch. The condo we stayed in did have travel toiletries such as soap and shampoo which did smell nice.

Upon our check in which was at 4pm, we were advised that are room was not ready. The staff did work quickly to move us to another room. The beds were clean but the pillows were not very comfortable, also the beds were a little stiff. There was only a single coffee packet, It would have been nice to have 2 or more since we stayed for 2 full days. The hot water stopped working on us and I later discovered that the water heater has a switch that has to be turned on.. This was not turned on previously so unfortunately the showers that we took and the use of the hot tub was with at best lukewarm water. I actually used the provided pots to boil water to add to the hot tub.

We rented the 1 bedroom small studio kitchenette room on 9th floor. It was perfect only staying 2 nights and didn't need a kitchen. Loved the view.

The property was beautiful! Since the property is still under construction when I first pulled in it was a bit of a shock, however it is the a pitta me of do not judge a book by its cover. The staff at Diegos is amazing! I traveled with my daughter and five of her friends all 18 years old, and they loved every minute.

It’s so far down at the end of the strip, that there are not a lot of vendors. Some people might appreciate that.

The receptio office person was so polite and helpful the staff was also very polite they make you feel so welcome. The Resort is beautiful the view from the room from the restaurant bar, pool just beautiful. The only problem I found was the wifi wasn't working other than that everything was so perfect.
