Amazing views of Ocean & Beach. Private Beach- was a plus with security passing by every once in awhile. Quiet & Relaxing, very romantic setting & Comfortable bed & room. Overall Amazing Time there.

Roaches invaded the patio and did not have a chance to relax with that gorgeous view at night. Door keyboard needs to be updated and fixed, wrestled with that too many times. And water & electricity ran out on our last day.

Absolutely most beautiful location! We saw dolphins from our patio and the beach was almost deserted. Pelicans and seagulls every day...breathtaking. The property was beautifully decorated with lush flora. Room was quaint and comfortable, decorated modernly. Not one cockroach and clean, fresh linens on a comfortable bed and always had hot water...which is hard to find anywhere in Rocky Point. We did yoga on the courtyard overlooking the beach and then had massages later in the day. Wine and a fire in the firepit after sunset at night. Such a hidden gem. Can't wait to come back and rent the Villa. Only suggestions qould be to mop the floors, they felt really sandy upon check-in and after maid service, like they were only swept and the septic tank started to smell pretty bad after our second day so I think it just needed to be treated after a busy weekend. It was fixed the following day. Thank you Karina and Lourdes for an exceedingly great vacation in Mexico.

Floors could have been cleaned better. Sewage smell after 2 days.

Location! Beach front, quiet area of RP, good parking Location, balcony views, beach chair and shade area private yet beach front.

Its not that I 'didnt like', it just needs clarification. The booking site has all pictures for all rooms. The use of the word 'double room' is for just a single room, double the people..(2). Rooms are as reviewed, small yet adequate for a couple days. K bed, table w 2 chairs to eat at if needed. Fridge and microwave and coffeemaker all great. The decor is clean and crisp, and the room just shows natural wear of wood in this sandy, ocean front climate. Nothing mentioned would keep us from going back. Why I rated all 10s!

Completely peaceful, beautiful view, beautiful sky, beautiful beach. Bed was comfortable, away from town but close enough if anything was needed.

Can not say anything bad about the room and amenities themselves. Everything truly exceeded expectations. Current feeling of safety and being cautious in the area is another story. But felt this location was completely safe. Caution for stingrays/jellyfish was posted, but saw none. Umbrellas with chairs on beach was excellent

The price and the location were exactly what we wanted. Steps from the beach, quiet, relaxing. The property manager was amazing, responded quickly and was even able to schedule a couples massage for us. We are already making plans to come back in July and bring some friends.

I wish the sliding door had a screen on it so we could sleep with the door open and listen to the ocean. I also wish we could have brought our puppies, they would have loved running along the beach. But honestly this is just being nitpicky because this place was amazing.

The view was amazing. The setup down by the beach and the privacy was great!! Would definitely book again! Make sure you have vehicle if you plan to stay here.

I opted to be charged upon arrival, but my card was charged a week before our arrival. Not having breakfast available, even though it's included on the booking. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE WATER!! we didn't have water to shower 2 of the mornings. Make sure you have a car. The location is far from any stores. Watch your step. A month later I'm still recovering from a twisted ankle. No room service so our floor got sandy. A broom would've been nice.

It was very peaceful and quiet. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Rather small, but we didn't mind.

It was hella muggy! Evenings, the humidity was tolerable. We were unable to swim because of the tide schedule and the depth of the water. It would have been much more enjoyable at a different time of year. Live and learn - not the hotels fault at all.

Its a quaint little place on Los Conchas away from the touristy stuff that’s on the other side of the city. They have an amazing elevated beach area with chaise lounges, chairs and palm Fran umbrellas . It’s quiet, peaceful and truly relaxing. If you are here for luxury amenities then you might feel let down. This place has all the necessities: Cute clean and right on the beach!

I recognize that they need time to clean for the next guest but a 12 pm checkout would be such a draw. All other places have been moving from 11 to 10 am checkouts. Give your guests an extra hour in Paradise and they will love your for it.

We liked the location. Its right by the beach, not too close to the city but not too far from the city. We like it quiet and chill and this was perfect. Perfect view of the water. Staff is friendly and quick. While we were out my partner mentioned we needed toilet paper, so i texted via email. We were maybe 30 mins out, and when we got back they already put toilet paper in our room. They offer massages on the beach or on ur patio.This was the second time i stayed there snd will for sure stay again. Can recommend.

No restaurant or bar in walking distance. But that wasnt really a problem for us.

The ease of access to the beach. Beautiful location, and secluded area to enjoy privately. Area was not congested with people, noise or vehicles.

The door had a code, but due to it not being centered, it took a bit to learn how to actually get your room locked. If the door was not locked at all times, it could blow open with the wind.
