The locations is just on point ! You have everything on site and near by some even walking distance. The staff are just great , reception was amazing checking in and helping us . The cleaning staff like always just have the place shining like a diamond .

At the pool the prices are just outrageous . One beer 8dlls and I even talked to the guys and they said those were the prices and other drinks were just outrageous and to pay that prices and the taste wasn’t even worth me buying another round . So bring your own and put it in a big cup and make your own .

We were mostly happy with our stay here. It’s located on Sandy beach which is ideal. The pool area is nice, but there are a lot of children there. It’s somewhat obnoxious that you have to wear a bracelet that says not only the hotel you are staying at, but also your room number. In addition, the placard for your car has your room number. Basically, if anyone wanted to follow you to your room, there is no privacy as to where you are staying. In addition, our back door did not have a lock on it and it would have been easy for the person on the balcony next door to jump over into our room. It’s not the safest set up. The rooms were clean though and it’s nice that fresh bottled water is provided on site in both the lobby and on every floor. The restaurant next to the hotel exceeded every expectation in terms of food, service, and ambiance. It’s a decent place, but paying just a little more for a nicer resort might be worth it.

The property was very nice and clean, the staff was excellent, and the location was awesome next to the beach. There are a few things I had issues with, 1st., I had my parents with me, they are handicap and trying to park in the handicap area was kind of an issue, the parking attendant or bellman was not present all the time so, I had to get off the car and remove the cones that block the handicap spaces for most of the stay. 2nd., it appears the elevator was having issues going up or stopping at the right floor, the property should do a maintenance work on the elevator right away. 3rd., I was staying in room #814, when I tried to take a shower the water pressure was awful, water came out very lightly no pressure what so ever, the hot water was worst and when I try to mix with cold water, the cold water over took and it just came out very cold. By the way, the pressure on the sink was good.

Hotel was really nice. Bring cash in USD and Pesos. Everyone on staff spoke English which was a plus because I know basic Spanish. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms were clean with good air conditioning. Beautiful decor and great value for the money.

The wrist bands were annoying but I understand it is necessary so that the staff and security know you belong to the hotel. The only food option they have close by is the restaurant connected to the hotel next door. Food was ok but very very expensive.

I love the fact that it is a smaller hotel not like all the resorts around. it is a perfect 3 to 4 days vacation. you can go downstairs to the pool and Jacuzzi and they have an access to the beach. let's not forget about the rrestaurant next door la Puesta del Sol fresh seafood. La playa bonita is my favorite hotel. it's the 4th time that I am staying there. The staff is so friendly.

I love this hotel. Its beachfront, has a restaurant connected and friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and that you have everything you need. Beach access right by the pools and hot tubs. Room was spacious and accommodated 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The sunset and sunrise view from the Balcony is always a plus. Great stay

The attention was amazing. We wanted a room a little bit closer to the beach and they did what they could to help us have the best time there. Additionally, after our check out, we had an accident on the road to Mexicali and they were really helpful by providing us several options of towing companies in Puerto Peñasco. We are so grateful for what they did. I recommend a lot to stay there.

There were some flies in the hallway but I don't think it was their fault because in the Town everywhere was the same.
