The rooms are pretty nice, comfortable and spacious. Bed was perfect to take a good break, sleep, etc. Breakfast meet the expectations, and very tasty! In front of the hotel there's a great beautiful park.

Well, there was a string of the window drape/curtain which was broken. I mean, I still could use it, but it was not 'complete'. The parking lot (at the hotel) meet the basic expectations, but they do not take responsibility for any loss, or damage to the car, which doesn't give you enough security considering there's a person who (I guess) is there all night long, and there are cameras... So is kind of contradictory... One of the staff members (at the lobby/reception) told me the nearest place to eat (like a small mall or plaza) was far away and it was not 100% secure to go walking... Guess what? It was a 4–5-minute walk (?).

The staff were lovely, hotel very clean, professional staff at front desk were engaging, helpful and very professional. Water in the shower has good pressure and heat, towels were soft, bed very comfortable. We asked for rooms off-road, and slept very peacefully. Disliked: The restaurant ran out of Diet Coke the night we arrived. Knowing they were out, one would think they might have replenished. But the next day, they had not replaced it. The restaurant staff told me where to find it, and I went for a walk and eventually found a machine that needed change I didn’t have. I had two guests who wanted Diet Coke with lunch, and we weren’t able to accommodate them. I think when the restaurant knows they are out of the only non-sugar cold beverage on the menu, other than water, they could make the effort to get some emergency stock. I also did not like the toilet seat!! It was uncomfortable and not suitable for plus-size people!

The breakfast is a classic 'local' breakfast. Staff was helpful they speak only Spanish. They helped us to find a car+driver after the rental agency cancelled our car. Its close to the park but on a busy street 30+ min. walking from the city centre. Spacious big rooms. Good comfort.

Some people wrote it was an excellent breakfast, I mean its OK but I would not call it excellent. Its a bit further from the centre but you'll see it on the map anyway. They use to have hand towels (sign on the mirror still points it out) but they stoped giving this according to the cleaning lady. Which is a bit weird because a hand towel is not a big deal.

The hotel is in an excellent location, assuming you’re wanting to visit Parque Museo La Venta. They were kind enough to let us checkin 2 hours early, which was hugely appreciated as we only had one afternoon and one morning to explore Villahermosa. The bed was great, the air-con was awesome, and the shower was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was solid and varied.

Wifi is available by voucher code - however, after putting in the code, both my phone and laptop warned me about security risks from the network. Also, the fact the wifi is code-based means that the smart TV and Netflix etc. are functionally useless.

Everything seemed clean, breakfast was good just make sure to head early since it's a buffet style. But the food was fine. We used the restaurant for dinner as well and portions were good. Staff was friendly during our stay. I would say again if it was just to pass through as we were.

There was no hot water in the morning but it was not freezing cold. I guess it depends on what you are used to. My 9 years old thought it was fine but I did overhear another guest complain about it.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the Parque, Museum and Zoo to see the Olmec art from sites around the area. Unfortunately, the Parque was closed for the month of February which was not mentioned on the internet. We enjoyed the on site restaurant as well. Our room was comfortable and quiet.

Our only concern was that none of the reception employees spoke any English. When we called from Tlacotalpan about our reservation that we needed to modify, receptionists who answered the phone when I asked if it was possible to speak English simply said "No" and hung up on me.

I arrived an hour before check-in time and they have me a room. It is within walking distance to the La Venta Museum, which was nice. Sadly, the internet was not good enough for my Zoom calls:(. Fitness center is very small and only has a couple cardio machines. Other than that, room was spacious and comfy. Decent breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, even if it was slightly sparse. Location was absolutely unbeatable. Infrastructure is phenomenal. The rooms were so spacious and the desk was so good, with multiple power outlets and I was able to charge my phone everywhere. Shower had amazing

I hate that Booking.com asks this question because to be quite honest I just have to keep writing words until the box is completely full and I have absolutely zero complaints about this specific hotel, it was absolutely fantastic.

The hotel was fine, with easy parking and nice rooms. Breakfast was great! And so was the main restaurant at night. The location doesn't lend itself to wandering too far to find other places to eat, so this was a bonus. There wasn't any noise from traffic despite being on a busy road. (I'm a light sleeper, so it would have woken me). We'd stay here again if we visited the city.

Location is subjective. Being on a busy road doesn't allow for much wandering about at night. But for a quick visit and departure, the location is good.

The room was spacious and quiet. There was plenty of privacy since there were no other buildings facing the side of the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and popular with a quick competition to get a table.

I received an accessible ♿ room without requesting it. The bathroom is open plan and it is not the best idea for controlling odors. There are a few touches missing, such as a rug.
