The staff is completely devoted to you having a good time, their aim is to please ; attentive, happy go lucky ,efficient and trustworthy. For example; The suite did not include a coffee maker but my husband is one of those people that travels with his own house blend coffee , so the manager, Sra.Susana managed to get a coffee maker for the room. ( Many thanks it made all the difference every morning) The food has a homey touch and the quantity and quality are top notch. All Breakfast choices were delicious and bountiful. We had a great time and plan to return!

It’s not about the property but about the noise management. When you rent the suite the balcony is located very near the pool house ant the music there is LOUD. I understand Mexicans are lively and happy people but sometimes you go to this kind of places in search for peace, quiet and the sound of the waves.

The location is perfect. There are local restaurants and fruit stands. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is excellent and the pool is clean and overlooks the ocean. My wife says the mojarra is a must have. We love visiting Costa Esmeralda and staying at this hotel. I must say again the staff is super friendly.

It could be a bit cleaner, hard to use hot water for showering, the pool furniture is really old and wore, the restaurant food is only ok compared with other options around

We booked the suite with the big teracce with the sea view. The hotel is very good manintaned with swiming pool outside. If you look for a chill out time, it is really good, because around the hotel is nothing. There is restaurant, where you can order your food and they bring it to your room.

Our apartment was not really clean, when we arrived, but the cleaning lady came and cleaned it properly. At the night is war fresh. There was only bedsheet, no blanket.

The location is very good, also the rooms are clean and new, very spacious. Pool is good and the sea view is excellent. I'll come back.

Food lacked a bit of flavor but overall good.

The property was clean. The pool was clean, amazing and a really close to the ocean. The Rooms were very clean, very modern and the bathroom was roomy, clean and nice. Also beautiful views. The restaurant was great too.

We ordered lunch once and it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. There isn’t an easy way to get to the beach

Good Breakfast and friendly personal. The pool was big and good for swimming.

The beach is not the best and the way to beach is not easy to walk.
