The staff was very nice. The facility was very clean we had a great time . The only bad thing was that on the second day of out stay we woke up with no hot water. We had rain through the night and water went inside the room.
Apparently the hot water runs out often. Because when I let the front desk know that we didn't have hot water and I had to take a cold shower, they said...oh it happened again?????

Well located, close to be beach, good restaurants, the cleaning ladies with great attitude
i got 2 rooms, I one of them there was hot water and the ac wasn’t working correctly.

Pool areas, the entire hotel was well taken care of! The staff was amazing. Our room came with a fridge which came in handy a lot of times.
The restaurant was quite expensive when it came to drinks, the bathrooms could need an upgrade but everything was clean and well maintained
