Staff were very helpful. Appreciated the bottled water.

Booked through Priceline that stated no payment until check in, however they billed a deposit well in advance. At check in they billed for the entire amount, and I still have not received a refund for the deposit. The shower water was burning hot. Even the cold water turned boiling within a few seconds. The pool filter needs to run as pool is always full of leaves and oily substance on surface. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see your feet. I was afraid of getting a bacterial infection so I stayed out which was disappointing. Would be visibly nicer if the outside was power washed up at the roof level of the front building. When sitting at the pool it looks unkept.

Was what we exoected. Close to the arport. Everthng was OK. Room was very nce. Booked in the premier section of the hotel.

The restaurant had no printed menus. OK for the cell phne set. You required a cell phoe to access the menu, or stand next to the bar to read the only prinnted menu. Not at your table. Would have preferred a king sized bed. Had to summon a taxi to get to the airport. Should be a shuttle. Did not call in the morning for wake-up call requested. caused some panic.

Their customer service was exceptional! Very personable and helpful, very familiar with the airport, taxis, and time frames. The concierge spoke English, which was so helpful, and he seemed to love his job helping everyone. Very much 5 star hotel service. The pool and surroundings were lovely. It was quiet even though it was in town, a short Uber to the parks and plazas. Yes, older style, but very clean. Felt so relaxed. Perfect place to stay as a first or last -2 nights when flying in and out. I will recommend it to my friends for sure! A little more detail: They also helped us with a car rental situation (had to drop luggage off fast before even checking in, to meet a car rental return deadline. They helped us with that too.) Like having a good friend who lives there!

We chose this hotel as it is so close to Merida airport and we were in town for a few days on a business trip. Huge swimming pool and lovely hotel gardens and grounds. Great for relaxing after work and would be great for people on vacation too

I was charged for an additional night in the hotel for a date when I wasn't even in Merida and the hotel has still not responded to my request about the unexpected charge that I was not aware of, I did not authorize and for which I have no receipt. Despite our enjoyable stay, I will never return to this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently very close to the Merida airport. It is a very clean, comfortable hotel with a lovely pool and nice rooms. The restaurant is very good. You can eat indoors or outdoors. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of my group of 12 (7 rooms). For the location and the quality, it is reasonably priced.

I left a suggestion that they should consider having their menu printed in English (it is now Spanish only), as there were a number of foreign visitors staying there, including us! They're a little "spare" with towels-- no hand towels, just a bath towel. And they charged me 10 pesos ($.60) for a glass of ice to put a juice I brought along in! That's not necessary.

The property is very close to the airport, which is perfect if you’re flying in on a evening flight. The staff are very friendly and would do whatever you needed. The restaurant is open until 1030 at night which was a real bonus after having not been able to eat on the way . I would definitely stay here again. The free parking was great too. They even helped me in the morning to find the closest grocery store before I had it on.

Me and my girlfriend loved this place. It was better for me than the pictures. The rooms were simple but well designed and timeless. The lobby was warm and greeting. Access to the pool was right out our bedroom door. The pool was clean and well lit while it was open till 10 and food and drink service at the poolside restaurant/bar was delicious. We had 2 Yucatan style authentic tacos and they were delicious. All of the staff were very kind and friendly and made us feel extremely welcome and taken care of.

I liked the size of my room, very spacious and clean. the grounds are beautiful. I had dinner with friends in the evening and breakfast the next morning with friends. Food was good and prices reasonable. not much else close by. This is very close to the airport for arrivals and departures. Staff was attentive.

I did not like waiting for over 2 hours to get in a room. They do not let you check in one minute before 3:00. People mobbed the front desk. There is no air conditioning in the lobby, and it was terribly hot. There were many empty rooms available, and they could have staggered the check in process. I had to place all my belongings in a room with the staff's personal items and leave for an appointment. The pools are lovely, many children were in both. Could one be for adults only? Was hoping to make it my go to airport Hotel and will try it again if there is a way to coordinate flight times with front desk.

The staff were great! They arranged a taxi for us. It was a comfortable room and beds. Very clean and pool was great. Quiet, but great location near airport. Restaurant on-site with lovely serving staff, both in the restaurant and around the pool. There were pool loungers and towels. The room had a coffee maker, safe and fridge. Excellent value.

The location, the staff , the food were all excellent

My room was filled with mosquitos when I first walked in, and when they sprayed the room it was a n industrial bug killer and made the room smell, but never did it kill the mosquitos, I got ate up all night
