The overall room quality was OK and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is at walking distance from the Gran Plaza (which saves you money on transportation), but there is a Va-y-Ven local bus stop right next to it if you want to go to La Plancha by local transportation, which is very affordable and confortable. Additionally, the hotel is also pretty close (about a block and a half) to the ADO intracity bus terminal, which was another plus. There are a few restaurants right in front of the hotel; however, if you value your time—as in these external restaurants service has the tendency to be extremely slow—eating at the hotel could be a better option; the continental breakfast was promptly served, it was nothing extraordinary and a bit on the expensive side, though. I did not try the swimming pool, but it looked pretty clean to me and other guests seemed to really enjoy it.

My sole complain is that other guests are noisy when they comeback late in the night, at early morning hours, or in the morning while going out to the city. Some of them take their sweet time to enter their rooms while chatting in the aisles or have entire conversations from door to door, even if their rooms are not adjacent and obviously very loud. Personally, I cannot blame this on the hotel, but on every individual guest who cannot show a little respect and consideration for other guests.

Big room, nice bathroom and space for putting your stuff. I don't know whther the rooms include a minifridge because I didn't see one on the pics when booking. I asked if there was a common fridge to put our water overnight and when we checked in, there was a minifridge, on a furniture that didn't seem to be meant for this. So I think they actually accomodated our request by installing a fridge temporarily in our room! 👌 Pool space is nice, parking lot perfect and it's like 10mn away from the cathedral with a very nice bar barely 2 blocks away

The breafast, even if eggs are prepared on the go isn't not very good. The orange juice isn't freshly pressed (I would rather have ANY fresh pressed fruit, but when in tropical countries I'm always amazed to get industrial fruit juice). That's basically all, book without breakfast

The hotel is located on a quiet street, quite close to the city center. The staff is nice and friendly, and receptionists speak English. The optional American breakfast is not very varied but is good and includes coffee or tea, toasts, omelette and fruit salad. The room was very clean when we moved in and then it was cleaned every day. The parking lot is quite spacious and easy to use. WiFi coverage is pretty good in the room and the courtyard

The room was a bit old and a few minor things there were broken or damaged. The beds may be a bit short if you are taller than ~185 cm, but you can move them a further from the headboard to get more space.

We were able to check in early. The location was quiet starting around 10-11 pm. The bathroom is good and big with a closed shower and hairdryer. The bed was large and comfortable. About 10/15 min walk from the center and suuper close to the ADO bus station. No Taxi needed.

There was a lot of dust on the tables, so the cleaning could be better. The door does not close completely, there is a larger gap. We pushed it close with the chair in the room. The ringing of the frontdoor is really loud and anyoing. Not sure if its the safest region, there was a happening at night and next day lots of military and police cars (security company close by), but probably just a coincidence.

Good-sized rooms with fridge, coffee and small bottles of water provided. A very nice breakfast restaurant is on-site, and the pool and gardens are pretty. The hotel staff are very welcoming and attentive. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the historical centre but a block from the ADO bus station, great restaurants and shopping.

Some of the rooms need maintenance and updating.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Plaza Mirador. Close to the ADO terminal & a 12 minute stroll to the historic Centro. The room was spacious with two comfortable beds & plush pillows. The shower was great & I even had to add cold water as it was a bit too hot. Toiletries included shampoo, soap, body crème & a shower cap, as well as a hair dryer. The tv had CNN. The rooms were serviced daily. The WIFI worked well throughout the whole hotel. They had a nice clean pool with ample seating. The staff were polite & helpful. Laundry near by & plenty of places to eat nearby.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable and internet very strong. Shower had the hottest water yet!

The pool was out of order and we could not use the patio area - we received a very rude response when communicating this with the property through the app. Did not receive so much as an apology ! The breakfast paquete was disappointing with orange drink not orange juice and what tasted like instant coffee. Much better offerings to be had nearby.

It's a 3 minute walk from the ADO bus station. The pool area was really nice. The air con was very strong after a hot day. The beds were really comfortable.

There was a blood stain on one of the sheets on the first day so we left the sign out for the bedding to be changed. When we came back the beds had been made but not changed. On the second day we had to pull the blood stained part to the middle of the bed to make it obvious.

Great hotel that's quite close to the city centre and very close to the ADO bus station which was very handy for us. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned (with new bottled water). The shower area was large and the room itself was very spacious. The hotel's pool area looked really nice too!

The wifi didn't work in the room and the hot water was temperamental.

Lovely classic hotel with everything that you need, friendly staff, beautiful pool with plenty of shade and places to relax. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

The location is a minimum 10-15 minute walk to the bigger sights, however it's close to the bus station which was great for us.
