Amazing location. parking inside. Clean and cozy pool, Super nice room and area inside the hotel. Staff was great as well.

If you want to sleep after 7am - forget about it! Maybe our room was unlucky, maybe it’s for all rooms situation. There is no sound insulation at all! From 7 a.m. they open a cafe inside for breakfast, walk, roll carts, talk loudly and all this happens like if in your room. Mexican music turns on around 8am. That's it, your sleeping is over.

Spacious hallways with beautiful arches and garden. Quite and clean room. Drinking water available in the hallway. Perfect location since it was walking distance to both the center and the bus station. Pool available. I tried a different hotel but I liked this location better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff could have been more courteous and helpful with directions.

I liked the building, the nice patio, the fact that it has parking lot, the location, and even the tiny but cozy pool area. The room was clean and the AC was working correctly so we had good night sleep.

It is important to remark the first impression was actually good, but when we saw my mom's room we were a little disappointed with ours since we paid the same for both rooms. Our room felt a little cramped, my mom's room had a tiny desk and chair, but ours could not fit one in. The same goes for the bathroom, my mom's room had a way larger one.

Excellent location. Step away from grand plaza in certro, hotel had a beautiful historic structure, my room was small, basic but clean. I absolutely fell in love with Merida, beautiful city and Yucatan! so much to offer, very nice and welcoming people and super safe city.

Nothing really, only recommend taking shower at night time to get a hot water, you may not find the same temperature in the morning as so many people using the hot water for shower. Did not used the pool. No comment on it.

Very clean place. Didn't even see one bug/ant in the room. Located within walking distance to old downtown, parks and squares and great restaurants. Friendly staff, and great breakfast (if that option is chosen). Nice common areas. And private parking inside is a bonus. Rooms at the back were quieter than rooms at the front (that have the balconies overlooking the road) Unlimited drinking water is available on both floors. Interesting old mansion, with amazing doors and arches, with old school traditional architecture. Amazingly high ceilings in our room with beams and a super tall doorway. Was beautiful. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it.

Would be nice to have a fridge/coffee maker in the room, but not a deal breaker. Bed was a little small for us (double size) when we are used to a bigger bed, but that is just personal preference

I rated this hotel excellent because it more than fulfilled all my expectations. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The price was very affordable. There was a wonderful ambience, openness, spaciousness and delightful character to the whole building. I loved that it was so close to the liveliness of the city, the historical sites, restaurants and museums. The bus station wasn't far away, within easy walking distance which made it very convenient. We loved the pool too! It's a nice way to refresh yourself in the middle of the city.

The bed was a little hard, but I didn't care too much about that (my daughter said she didn't sleep very well). The breakfast was pretty bad. The waiter was very nice but the waffles served were obviously frozen toaster waffles and they had the taste and feel of a hockey puck. We didn't care much about breakfast, though, because there were so many other cafes and restaurants to go to.

Great location. Patricio is very helpful but the rest of the staff are very reserved. Stay in the renovated back quarters; the rooms around the front patio can be noisy and need restoration which I believe they are working on.

Uneven quality of the rooms. Back is great but the old rooms in front can be not optimal due to street noise.

the location was great, the private parking was a bonus, free cold water to drink, rooms came with Netflix, very clean and modern. the pool was nice on a hot afternoon, price wasn’t too too bad considering how nice the place was.

I didn’t like the miscommunication between one of the staff members. I tried to extend for 1 night, but she told me to come back tomorrow and the woman that would be working would be able to honor the price I was paying (when I tried to with her it was much more expensive) she. I came back the next day, not only did the woman not know what I was talking about, I ended up having to pay even more for the room than I would have had to the day before.. after explaining the situation, she still couldn’t honor the price, and I ended up paying more than I would have.. she gave me a slight discount because I was persistent and she could tell that I was upset about the situation.. other than that, this place was great!!!

Hotel HO was a very clean hotel with free parking and located a block and a half from the main square. The pool was small but it made up for it by being very deep, and it wasn’t usually busy, so it was a nice break from the heat. There was a bathroom on the first floor near the pools, which was helpful. There were water coolers on each floor with cold purified water for guests, which was great. The parking was behind the building, so it was secure and quiet.

The hotel had a complete lack of towels- we were given 2 shower towels for 3 people in the room, and no extra towels for swimming. They gave us 3 towels the next morning, but we still never got extras for swimming. The pool was very full, which sometimes resulted in people getting splashed. Shower pressure was also low.

Under the bedsheet there was some sort of plastic bed cover, so anytime one of us moved, the other woke up from the sound of the plastic. The plastic cover also made you more sweaty as it’s not a breathable cover. If they changed it, this place would definitely be a 10.
