Excellent helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Cannot beat the location, right on the square.

Not much, it was a pretty awesome experience. Lack of hot water but not very important in Yucatan temperatures.

The room was spacious with clean bathroom and comfy bed. Staff was very friendly. Location was superb.

Other guests were a little noisy in early morning. First morning there was hot water in the shower, next morning none.

It couldn’t be more central. The windows look out onto the side of the cathedral.

There’s loads of space, but the staff didn’t see fit to lend me a chair, so the only option was to sit on the bed.

Somehow you have to guess where the entrance of the hotel is and, I would have preferred a room with a window. The room itself was acceptable

Spotlessly clean, quiet room across from the Cathedral and steps from the grand plaza in a small, independent hotel with very congenial staff. Perfect a/c plus ceiling fan in the room We loved everything. The area is so much to our liking that we never left it during our stay.

A/C in the corridor was loud but since it was 28°C outside I can't say this was a drawback as we needed it sooooo badly!!

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hotel also runs tours to every possible place of interest in the area, so you can organise everything in one place.

Centrally located tourist hotel. Friendly staff, rooms ar ok. Mine didnt have a window, which was fine as it kept the heat out.

we needed to pay by cash in advance (in pesos) the staff did not speak english. we really missed something to put on stuff or to hang it.

The greatest location ever. Really. A perfect base to discover the city and all surrounding areas.
