Very clean, spacious modern rooms, comfortable beds, daily replenish of bottled water and toiletries. Located close the centre.

In the evening from 10pm till 2am there was a rock band near by at a bar that played most nights and it’s very difficult to sleep with the noise as its very loud, the rooms are not very soundproof, can hear everything when people are in the corridors.

The hotel is great. A great rate and friendly service for a nice clean room. The location is very central to the touristic part of Mérida so it's perfect.

The hotel is on a street where many buses pass and the noise is noticeable in the rooms.

The room was really big, the bed was comfy and we also hung out by the pool.

It wasn’t possible to open the blinds, which kinda leaves dark even thru the day time. Our room was towards the street, which made it really loud the night.

Really nice people , everyone was smiling, reception, cleaning crew, but my issue was ,the room , AC wasn't working very well ,and the bathroom , just really bad

The room itself was pretty comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of a lot of really nice restaurants and microbreweries as well as cultural attractions. From the room I got you had a nice view of the cathedral spires in the skyline.

The bathroom was tiny, which in an of itself wouldn't normally be a problem but if you're using the toilet and you have long legs you're gonna had to do it sideways.

Location, staff, cleanliness, very comfortable bed. All great.

Be sure to request an "interior" room. My room was beautiful and comfortable but one "wall" was actually a huge window right next to the street on a bus route. VERY noisy.

The rooms were clean daily, out beds were made and fresh towel provided.

The pool was cloudy and appeared dirty.

Location is great close to many shops and restaurants

- small room with no equipment - no other equipment or services in hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Staff was a bit rude. The water went off in the early morning mysteriously.
