Location is very good, close to the plaza. ADO 15 minutes, best to use Uber. Room was comfortable, AC worked great and beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

Room needed some minor maintenance. Noice level, because the property is on a main street.

Large bed, fresh towels each day, location was good, outdoor areas were good to hang, good shelves for clothes, amazing hot shower with pressure, soap provided, big TV was nice of evening with HdMI connection.

False advertising as the room we booked had windows / natural light but the room we received had no windows and all and when we asked reception they said they had no other rooms available. Room smelt like sewage (and no windows to air out). Face washers not provided would have been nice. Free drinking water not provided would have been nice and typical in other Mexican stays. Pool was murky and not appealing. Wifi was patchy.

Not all rooms are the same. Some are facing the street and very noisy but my room was large and quiet. It had a small fridge and private terrace. I loved it. It was spacious, the beds were super comfy, and had lots of natural light. Very charming!

It could have been a bit cleaner. The floors were not very clean.

Great value for money, huge, comfortable bed and was centrally located. Beautiful roof top pool to chill at the end of a hot, sweaty day.

Free parking is only from 8pm to 8am and the cleaning staff ignore the fact you don't want your room cleaned and your towels changed. Reception staff responded well to complaint and offered us a free breakfast. Would return, but make sure you tell the cleaning staff personally if you don't want them to go in your room or change your towels.

I enjoyed the room--was very nicely sized. The wifi was good the whole time. The staff were very friendly. You're right in the heart of the Centro Historico, but the street noise was minimal, at least in my room.

Did not love the parking situation. The hotel has an arrangement with a lot, but it's not in-and-out access, only a portion of the day is included, and the lot was closed for much of my stay due to the holidays. I think this location is best visited without a car. (The staff were helpful in explaining what to do with the car, that being said).

Beautiful, big room, great location with everything (supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants) around the corner, very comfortable bed.

Paying extra for parking, small things on the room could easily be fixed (like towel hanger in the bathroom), staff not specifically friendly.

The hotel is in one of the best locations in town with an easy walk to the central park and dozens of food options. The rooftop pool may be small but it is perfect for an early afternoon cooldown.

One of our rooms had no hot water, they kept saying it was repaired but after 2 nights moved us to another room. One other issue was the plastic mattress protectors which wrinkle and make the bed uncomfortable. Parking is in a paid carpark across the street. The hotel covers the cost between 8pm and 8am while you pay 16 pesos per hour outside those times. (*bonus tip... get your car out early in the morning and park it around the corner on the street during the day to save fees)

The room was clean. I liked the design and style of it. The current of shower was strong and the water was hot! I’ve been to so many hotels but never found any shower was comfortable as this hotel. The furniture was good, we all had space to place our items. Outside of the room was also great, lots of chilling out area. The location is great too.

There’s no bathroom in the lobby or common area. Once you check out, you’re not able to use the restroom anymore.

wonderful friendly staff who were helpful despite our language barrier. Recommended places to eat nearby and accommodated our early arrival. The property was clean and quiet. excellent location in downtown Marida. Loved that it included air conditioning after a long day outside exploring the city.

Would have liked to have a mini fridge.
