This is a well-run small boutique hotel in a great location for exploring Merida and day trips. There are lots of good restaurant options in the small park right across the street. We had 1 breakfast at the hotel (not included in our room rate--15% given-- and it was good value. Our room was in the main hotel so no view (at all!) but it was quiet for a good night's sleep. There is no lift. I used the pool 1 afternoon, rooms facing the pool have a nice view. The staff was helpful and kind. The room and facilities are very clean. We ate at Babe's (excellent Asian cuisine @ 15 % discount) and at a couple of restaurants in Santa Lucia Square across the street, which were also excellent. We walked to everything in Merida which is a lovely city. We were there during Merida Fest so lots of evening activities, we always felt safe walking back to the hotel after 10 pm. We had booked 2 day trips and the pickup locations for each was a very short walk, convenient. I can totally recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I find myself back in Merida.

Our room had no window, but it was quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Lucia. The staff were extremely helpful. The pool area was like an oasis after walking the busy, hot streets. Our room was large with a 'city view'. Despite facing the park, the windows were double paned and it was quiet at night. The location was excellent, directly across from Parque de Santa Lucia. Every Thursday evening, there is a serenata with traditional dance. There might be entertainment every evening. I highly recommend the daily walking tour in English found there at 10a. The guide was entertaining, providing a great blend of history and restaurant recommendations. It really helped us to enjoy the city.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and plazas. Hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious and I ordered a steak for dinner and it was fantastic. Hotel manager(Martha) was amazing. She was always so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Front desk representative(Gabriel) was so polite, helpful and always had a smile. Can’t say enough about the over all experience. Great time, great staff, and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful lobby and grounds, felt Parisian as did the room with modern art on the walls. Having parking was a major plus, and staff were very quick and pleasant to open the driveway door when it was locked. Drinking water is available at all times. The location was also a major plus as it is directly across the street from Santa Lucia Park and music clubs were easily walked to.

Having a coffee maker in the room would have been ideal. There was a small fridge. Bedside lighting, while attractive, was not strong enough to read by.

This is a gorgeous property! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pool area was super chill. There is even a resident cat who will love you endlessly as long as you are willing to hang out all day and pet her. She's quite demanding! The room was always made up beautifully and the front desk people were cheerful and helpful. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The only minor thing was that the water pressure was not the best. Taking showers takes a little longer here but it was not a problem for us as we were on vacation and not rushing to do anything.

the location was excellent, and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the bathtub and bubble bath, which added a nice touch of luxury to our stay.

The room had a strange odor that was off-putting, and we were unable to operate the television during our visit. Additionally, the breakfast offered was rather unexciting. While these issues did not ruin our overall experience, they did detract from our comfort and enjoyment

The location is great, opposite to the famous Santa Lucia park and within minutes walking from the city center/main plaza, with plenty of restaurants around. They also have a nice pool (that we didn’t happen to try). The room was clean and cozy. We’ recommend it and would try it again.

Nothing in particular. The only thing is that we tried out their breakfast which in our opinion wasn’t worth the money (we paid around 18USD for two American coffee and two small parfaits).

This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. And the location was perfect. Across from the hotel is Santa Lucia park with great restaurants and where the Yucatan serenade happens. We also took a great free walking tour from there with Fernando. By the way, the restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic, I think I had the best burger ever!

beautiful hotel at an excellent location. very pleasant rooms and pool area. we had no problems in parking our car in the parking spot of the hotel.

Breakfast was extra in the next door restaurant and not value for money, you can have a better breakfast in the neighbourhood. Staff is really friendly and helpfull except the lady who received us when we arrived. She did not bother to stop scrolling at her phone.

The staff was very friendly. The location is fantastic. Lots of natural light in the bathroom. Good toiletries. Ceiling fan. Comfortable bed and pillows.

My particular room had a locked door. I don't know what it led to, but there was a woman on the other side having a very loud conversation on speaker phone that was a bit annoying. The window overlooked the lobby, so I could hear all conversations in my room.
