The pool is really nice there's some space to take a sun bath and to swim too. Location, space in the room, hot water, staff is nice.

I have selected this hotel because there was a pool and a gym but unfortunatly there's no dumbells or any weights to workout. One or two machines that are not working well. It's not that expensive to buy a set of weights and then you can call it a gym.

The staff is helpful and efficient. The facilities provide space and comfort. The location in centro is interesting in every direction.

Some maintenance is required because the air conditioner and remote control do not communicate.

I like the location of the hotel you're closer to all the nightlife of Mérida at least on downtown area. You achieve many interesting places just by walking.

The room was a little small, and it was dusty, the TV cable was very simple, with limited options of channel. Despite I leased this bedroom for 2 persons, the clerk on the desk, ask me if one day I had received a visitor, and I didn't see any problem with that, but I guess he had one.

The location near the square is excellent. Nice neighborhood.

I couldn’t get ice often enough. Because the restaurant was often not open or didn’t have any.

Great value hotel but request the Colonial area by the pool for best rooms. Awesome taco shop Union around the corner and the area is perfect for exploring.

beds are a little hard but the room is comfortable.

The staff, in general, are very nice. The doorman is THE BEST. The location of this hotel is excellent, easy access to great restaurants and Mérida Centro.

Wifi is quite weak in the room but they have a room in the lobby where you can work or do zoom calls.

Front desk manager Guadalupe Güemez is always pending to solve any trouble.
