Cute little hotel so close to the town square and city centre. Room was big and pretty comfortable

The water pressure was pathetic - I couldn't even get the sand out of my hair it was so poor. The room cleaners kept coming by midafternoon when I was having a siesta so my room was fairly cleaned

My arrival was very early in the AM check in wasn't until late that afternoon they made accommodations for me to have a room available for my arrival time I am so appreciative. This was my 2nd visit with them I definitely recommend.

The water in the shower is only 1 temperature due to the heat outside the water tanks gets heated therefore no cold water. Not there fault.

The hotel is well-located; it's in the center and has the best restaurants on the same block. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. They provide complimentary drinking water.

The internet is slow. One day, we didn't have water in the bathroom of our room for about 12 hours. Besides that, everything else was fine.

The location is unbeatable as it is right in the next corner of Santa Lucia square park in Downtown Mérida. I also enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the style of the building.

Some rooms could have a little more space and the bathroom better ventilation.

Romantic, good location, near to good restaurants, a very nice antique atmosphere.

Lack of tables or shelves in the bathroom. An almost trivial comment for an overnight stay, but a detail that would improve a stay of several days.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location.is excellent! It was clean. And personally I loved the architecture and style of the building. The price was very fair.

The bedroom didn't have a window but since our stay was short and we wanted to spend our time in the city, it wasn't really a problem.

Centro área, very basic room WITH THE EXCELLENT KAVA bed linen & towels. Short walk to Santa Ana, Paseo Montejo, Barrio Santiago … tons of eating options. This is one of my go to choices for seeing Centro Merida

I don’t think they can change anything. For the price …. This place is a bargain. Just the basics… a/c, Tv, internet, lovely bed linens & towels ..hot water, good shower .. what more can I say. No hairdryer, no safe, no fridge in room…but for the price it has what’s needed,

Old style hotel, wonderful staff present on the floor, wifi didn’t work in my room, but was fully available & fast just outside my door in a cozy sitting area by the pool. The second floor guests got good wifi, but 1st floor not. So clise to walk to ALL the Centro parks … about 15 minute walk to Plaza Grande, tons of sights & dining. A great location Extremely HOT POWERFUL shower. Super, super high quality bedding. … plain towels but spectacular bedding

No room safe …. Other than that the location, and attentive staff make this a great low cost option. I would stay again. No access to coffee in hotel but little shop right next door That’s it A nice option for a basic stay in a fabulous location

- good location in the city - my room (116) was right at the back of the courtyard away from street noise - thorough cleaning routine every day

For the price I can’t complain much but I don’t think a soap bar has to be replaced every single day (it’s wasteful). The shower is trickling and it takes a few minutes for the hot water to come through but it’s the same in almost all hotels here. It’s just the lack of water in the city in general. No blame on the hotel. I was disappointed that I couldn’t borrow a spoon from reception or the little guest kitchen (“due to Covid”).

Price and location. Excellent air conditioner and good hot water big bed. Very clean linens.

Cleaning crew sprayed water under the door while cleaning the sidewalk. Not a big issue. Wifi didn't work well.
