Location can’t be beaten.

Wasn’t helpful in coordinating late check-out even though there clearly was space.

Great place in the heart of centro

Light for walkway was right outside my window shining thru curtains making hard to sleep I unscrewed it a little then screwed it back in my last morning That seemed easier than dealing with language barrier

This is a small, but COLORFUL and FRIENDLY HOTEL!!! The STAFF were way above average + the SMALL PISCINA (POOL) was very welcome & refreshing. The WALK to the PLAZA CENTRAL is only 3 blocks thru a COMFORTABLE BEAUTIFUL STREET w/ Vendors, and GORDITAS which is a GREAT PLACE to buy TAKE-AWAY GORDITAS which are only 20 pesos each!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE w/ ABOVE-AVERAGE HOT SHOWERS and A/C.

I can't think of ANYTHING that I didn't like except that I THOUGHT THAT BREAKFAST was INCLUDED in the ROOM PRICE--BUT IT WASN'T. This HOTEL actually "farms out" the BREAKFAST to another hotel, fyi.

You can’t get closer to downtown!

I had to check in at the regular time because the computer was down🤷

The location is fantastic! Exactly near everything you would want downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to take a quick dip in the pool to cool off.

The bed was a little small and uncomfortable. The room was oddly humid and hot even with the fan and a/c.

I like the location; easy to get by restaurants, shopping centers and downtown sightseeing

The room is not so spacious, TV is not many channels to watch

Decent WiFi, flat screen and Netflix, spacious room, friendly staff, good location.

The room no 8 is at the end of the building and next door is a bar with music playing from 10 pm to about 1 am.

Very nice hotel in heart of the city. Receptionist were kind and helpful, especially afternoon girl. Fast wi-fi, good working AC, very large and comfortable bed, machine for hot water - we enjoyed it.

Very noisy room because has window to other site, where were loud music until late night. Other rooms are maybe more quiet.

The location es perfect and the price is very cheap
