Charming little hotel close to everything. Excellent breakfast included.

There is a bit of street noise, but you can expect that with any downtown hotel in Merida.

Great location to the centre of Mérida, nice inner courtyard area with trees, a pool and chairs. SMART TVs with Roku in the rooms are great. Hot shower (sometimes)!

First we were given the keys to a dirty room. But once that was sorted it was okay. The rooms are fine and the bed is okay. Doesn’t feel the most clean but not so bad. But the shower was dire. There is no shower curtain and the toilet is right next to the un-shielded shower so both the seat and the floor get absolutely soaked. Initially we didn’t even have a floor towel, but after they cleaned the room they provided one. A curtain would do wonders for the bathroom. The showers were sometimes hot but the pressure was really not great. But generally fine!

The place was clean, the location is excellent, very near to the town center.

They really need to get new mattresses. The staff wasn't rude or anything, but not a single member smiled, the usual warmth of mexican people is totally absent from the place. They did their job, and nothing more. The parking is conveniently close, but it costs an extra fee, not much. Hot water takes extremely long to come out of the shower.

No food to be had inside the hotel. Neither breakfast nor anything during the day. No spot for me to read a book under good light on the patio at night.
