The location is great, as you are within walking distance from all sightseeing attractions downtown, bars and restaurants. Modern sleek hotel with friendly staff. We had a rental car and there is plenty of free street parking around, which is not the case if you are one street lower (closer to central downtown), as no parking anywhere is allowed.

For a hotel of this category, a mini fridge would have been great, as you could have at least kept your beverages cold! Would have preferred a large bed, rather than 2 “smaller” ones. Big window facing a high wall, so no view. Latent smell of dampness on the 1st floor, typical in many houses of the area.

A very modern designed hotel with nice chique rooms and perfect beds. Beddings and towels were very good. Clean and fresh hotel. Lovely staff. Very hulpfull. We had a lovely time.

The plumper did a bad job: the pressure of the shower water changed every minute. No big deal for us but unpleasant. We missed towelracks and hooks on the walls. Breakfast was not available. We went to a local cafe and n the neighborhood. The hotel is located in a quite street, 10 minutes walk from the central plaza. But as family of 4 we felt safe at any time. The pool in the sisterhotel was not our cup of tea.

Nice and clean hotel close to the centre. Beautifully decorated. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking is private in a closed & locked yard. Also, you can use the pool area of another hotel a few blocks away which is nice for cooling down in the afternoon (don't expect a "pool club" experience though, it is quite small). The strong shower stream with really hot water was very positive and relaxing surprise after travelling around!! :)

We had a room with a nice view of the palm trees but the window could not be opened. Fresh air only via AC/fan :(

The hotel was lovely. Staff was friendly. Location was walkable to many things. We were also able to enjoy the pool and facilities at Piedra de Agua which was a very beautiful hotel. The service there was as if we were staying at the hotel.

We had an issue with the toilet which they resolved, so it wasn’t much of a problem. Just a slight inconvenience at the moment.

The hotel is well located in Merida, we could easily walk everywhere. The hotel is good value for money, and the staff are all really wonderful! Whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance the staff at reception were always ready to help, including Samuel! A massive thanks for a wonderful stay in Merida. I spotted cockroaches in the room when we arrived and also in the reception area. Yikes!

The room was really clean and nice with plenty of towels. The shower was amazing and got strong water pressure and the toiletries were excellent. The free access to piedra de agua boutique hotel's pool is terrific especially during a heatwave and the extra 15% off for everything including alcohol there makes it an affordable way to spend some pool time.

There is no fridge so if you buy any drinks and want it cold there is no place to keep it.

The hotel was super clean and very well furnished; the staff was super available with us. We arrived at the hotel a bit earlier than the check-in time but they gave immediately the room to us without any problem. We appreciated it a lot. The room was welcoming and the bathroom was provided with a good quality body lotion, other than shampoo and conditioner. The parking was easy to reach, very close to the hotel. We strongly recommend it.

The staff was great, from the first step into the hotel all the way to the last day. Anaiz was especially attentive and supportive, she made our stay even better.

The internet tends to break, lacking speed. The coffee makers in the room are useless, with no water is bard to make them.

The parking is in a not yet refurbished part of the building but it has not affected us and we are glad that it was possible to park our car there
