Hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

The only reason I did not give a perfect rating was because it is not safe to older people to access the pool or to get out of it. The first step upon entry is too far down it needs to have a handrail. If it had this I would have rated it 10/10

very charming, and welcoming, good feeling, well centered, walk to parks, restaurants, short ride to museums gallery cafe, visit churches, tour the city.

just a little noise if your room happened to be on the street side, but not late at night. it is a great hotel.

Business class rooms are small and walls are damaged from maneuvering luggage around the beds

Clean and well situated. Room was a little small but more than big enough for our needs.

No face cloths or hand towels, but they did give us extra large towels.

The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The location was only a couple of blocks from the Grand Plaza and near 100s of bars and restaurants.

The TV was a little small given the size of the room. One of the bath towels was threadbare, but the other was fine.
