The staff were great, the room was in a quiet location away from the road outside. Pool was nice, continental breakfast was included but you could pay 20 MXN extra for American and Mexican options which was great value. Breakfast was delicious amd choices varied. Location to the main square was around 10 minutes walking

There’s no faults to this place. First room assigned the AC didn’t work, but hotel sent maintenance immediately and we were swapped rooms within 5 minutes, so a great job by the staff!

The location was great. You can walk a lot of places, some of the parcs where activities are being held are not far from the hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially the guys from the restaurant. They make great food and even better cocktails. My favourite was the margarita habanero. Special shout out to Gerry. He made my trip super. He is easy to talk to and had some nice tips where to eat, not only in Mérida, but also had suggestions for Valladolid.

I think initially I had a bigger room. The woman gave roomnr. 11 and when my stuff was put there, I walked with the guy who handled my luggage and she handed him a key for room nr 15. Now I don't know if it was the same size room or not, but he mumbled something in spanish and she shrugged her shoulders. If anything, body language is universal..

The decor of this hotel was very unique. I loved the colors, the lobby, and the pool. The staff was very helpful. Having breakfast available was great and it tasty.

I was surprised when I arrived that I did not have a toilet seat on my toilet. The hotel helped me change rooms (on my insistence) rather than waiting for the next day. The second issue was that my air conditioner leaked, and water ran down the wall. While these two things may have made for a bad experience, I do still appreciate this hotel. It had a very cool look to the lobby area and the pool. One staff member in particular went out of his way to make sure that I got a new room. This hotel was very cute, but I do think it could use some remodeling.

Great location is close to ADO, autoprogreso if you want to go to Puerto Progreso, restaurants. I apologize because I didn’t asked the young lady her name (front desk clerk) she was helpful she answers all our doubts. The manager was very nice. We had dinner at the restaurant and the people attended us very kindly and the food was delicious. Just one thing that I didn't like that the room I booked was changed for another, I originally ordered a room with a king bed and two full beds and they gave me a room with 3 full beds.

Location, pool (although first couple days it was closed due to broken filter), convenient restaurant within the hotel that serve a very good food, there was even a little fridge in the bedroom which is definitely a big plus, they restocked water there everyday as well as they restocked a shampoo and a soap daily.

the staff were all beyond fantastic!! the location is excellent for the airport and Ado bus station is just round the corner. the room super clean and bed comfy. and very peaceful. they also happierly stored my luggage, whilst I went to Mexico city. you won't be disappointed staying here. great value for money.

the only thing is the WiFi. maybe get an extender, could only get in part of the room. bit didn't mind as meant I could just sleep.

Amazing property. Absolutely stunning inside and the rooms are huge. Pool is lovely to cool off and well maintained. Great location to get into the centre and super close to ADO bus station. The bed a was massive, my partner and I could spend the whole night without touching.

WiFi was very unreliable, unable to do any work while working remotely. Also, our room had windows into the main reception area without any blinds/curtains and so the light came in all night, very frustrating if you need darkness to sleep like I do.

This was the first place I stayed upon my arrival in Mérida. The hotel is a beautiful and very interesting property. It is well maintained despite its age, and overall an attractive space. My flight into the city arrived late at night (around midnight) and they went above and beyond to accommodate my late night check in—despite not typically staffing 24 hour front desk service. Sebas, the employee who helped me check in was very kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I didn’t stay long enough to use the pool, but it looked well maintained. The cafe, Green Bag Coffee, was great and the owners were very kind.

It was a short stay but pleasant stay. No complaints with my stay.

The exceptional beauty of the building. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Comfortable beds. Excellent hot showers with very good water pressure. Plus the location is central but very quiet at night.

Lack of WiFi in the family room. Even our own personal WiFi did not work well in there because of the thick cement walls. But that is typical in old mansions.

The hotel is so pretty, stunning facilities so you can get a feel of the Mansion back in the day in Mérida. The pool was really nice. We only stayed in the small room but good value for money, comfy bed, good shower, good air-conditioning, a fridge to keep your drinks cool and TV. Good room cleaning service too. The location was perfect, very central and walkable to most of the main stops.
