The hotel looked lovely from the lobby. The pool was nice, and the surroundings. However, the room was very small, dark and dated, and needed a total overhaul. There weren't enough outlets, so we had to unplug the TV and the lamp to plug in our computers or recharge our phones! The curtain didn't open, but was fixed at both ends. The taps on the sink were old, pitted chrome, with rust stains all around them. The shower took ages for the hot water to come in, but at least it WAS hot, and the pressure was very good.

Great value for money. Good location for walking around historic centre. Clean hotel and room.

Although the facilities says there is luggage storage we were told we could not leave our bags for a couple of hours after check out which was a shame meaning we had to move onto our next destination earlier than planned. We were allowed to leave them before we checked in though which seems odd.

Very nice hotel at a great price. Pool area was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was great!

Elevator was broken, we were in the second floor with a baby/stroller but it wasn't a big deal. Also the TV was a bit old, smart TV's would be a great addition!

Very clean and staff really friendly. Helped me with booking Uxmal last minute. The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the main square

A great location close walk to centre , shops restaurants and sites Accomodation with character basic but clean. Low level rooms in a quiet compound around a pool & gardens . Room cleaned daily with new towels and toiletries good Air con . and tv (temperamental remote) Nice reception good check in and friendly staff. Great Breakfast supplied by the restaurant attached next door . Very reasonable price good value. Would stay again and recommend

The girl at the front desk was rude and mean, she got us upset. The rooms are smelly, there’s humidity in the walls.

The location of the hotel, it is only two blocks to the main square of Mérida and it is ok according to the price

Little details of the room, like the tv which was tiny, they don't give a water bottle of courtesy, despite the heat of the city and the room in which I was located was noisy in the mornings, because was located aside a street.

Large rooms, comfy beds and good location near downtown Merida. I liked the laid back attitude of the staff and the wifi worked well which is important to me. Pool is a bonus.

It said there would be a small gym but there really wasn't. You need to have at least 4 workout apparatus to be able to claim a gym in my eyes. This was disappointing.
