The estetics

So for being an adult and what they say its a 5star hotel. It doesn’t look like for different reasons: they weren’t on the details which I thinks thats what makes a hotel excellent. For example: they didn’t received us upon arrival, didi t park the car, the towels as the sheets were worn out so for myself if you are staying in a nice hotel. Those details do matter

This hotel was the best we had have in Mexico. Our bedroom had two entrance, one facing the terrace and the swimming pool, size and furniture of the Bedroom are amazing and very comfortable for two people. The hotel in general is looking amazing, the staff is super nice and always ready to help and recommend places. We were impressed by the cuisine, we had breakfast and dinner there multiple times. Will definitely go back.

The CIGNO was wonderful, a little oasis in a busy city! The hotel staff were really welcoming - offering a nice cool towel on arrival on a very hot day. The room was really generous in size, we stayed in the Tortuga 1 room - beautiful tiled floors, generous sized bed and lovely bathroom. The hotel breakfast was incredible - definitely order the beef tacos (and the french toast is a must)! We had a wonderful time on the rooftop pool, the staff were very attentive and the hotel was peaceful and secluded. Lovely little place!

Our stay couldn't have been better. The room was stunning, the pools are great, we only had one breakfast but it was lovely, and the staff were all fantastic, particularly Michela (sorry if I have misspelt your name!) at reception. We were visiting on our Honeymoon and they even gave us a very delicious dessert to welcome us. Location is also really central.

Nothing - the only thing that could have made our trip better was if it was longer.

The property is stunning it reminds me of a Moroccan Ryad. It is so well designed! I loved that from our room we walked out to the roof pool. Staff were super friendly. Our room was gorgeous.

No one working on the roof bar. The pool could use a skimmer net. I would have gladly skimmed it myself. Breakfast was delicious but 8 AM to open is late when your coming from the east coast and it 9:00 in your head & tummy. Bedside table had cords running through its top, not a real cover on the table so things fall through it. Kind of a design fail in my opinion.

A jewel in a box... Everything was perfect, the room was very spacious, enormous bed, a lovely terasse with your own hammac. the garden/swimming pool, everything was the right taste.. The cuisine is totally worth it, a refined mix of local and Mexican cuisine. A must!! The staff was very nice and attentive. From our all trip in Yucatan, this was our most memorable place.

We should have stayed longer..!! The hotel is located in a popular area, but it just adds to the magic of the place.

This hotel is stunning! It has been renovated to the highest standard, with an excellent architect ensuring that it has kept its original style but with all the modern amenities needed. The staff were so welcoming, our bedroom beautiful, the rooftops incredible and the food at breakfast and dinner delicious. Would highly recommend.

It is a little out of town, about 15 minutes walk from the centre but it is so beautiful, that doesn’t really matter. Very happy to do that walk when I am coming back to a place like that!

wonderful and comfortable room!

- there was no not or even moderately warm water for shower or bath and we had paid for the gorgeous outdoor tub and shower😘. - there was a fragrance in the reception and all public areas that was kind of sickeningly sweet. I would have ignored that, but it made my asthma kick in! So it was disappointing to pay top dollar due to the above

Excellent decor and attention to detail Staff were very kind and helpful The rooms were beautiful and beds comfortable We had breakfast and dinner and all the meals were fabulous

Perhaps the location? We were walking and the city sites were quite far away. I could not fault the hotel itself

Beautiful grounds and nice sized room.

1.) bathroom area is very hot as it is exposed to outdoors and if you leave the door between it and the sleeping room it sucks all the air out of the sleeping room making it too warm. needs a ceiling fan in the bathroom. 2.) one day the cleaning staff did not lock our room after they left, so glad we put all our valuables in the safe as we were gone the whole day. management was notified and nothing was taken from the room so everything was good.
