The facility was very good and it was close to the hospital we wanted to go to.

The only thing that I would love to improve is to have more blankets in the bed to cover myself. The one that we had was quite thin.

Comfortable room and clean

The hotel is a bit far from the city centre. You pay for the taxi around 80 pesos to go to city centre. Reception is helpful but they can’t speak English. Breakfast must be improved

We cared for; good location.

The refrigerator was old. It’s didn’t have its own coffee pot in the room, no phone in the rooms for emergency communication with front desk. Television system outdated.

Good rooms just out of the citycentre with a nice pool. Basic but good breakfast.

We stayed at a very spacious and clean room. The facilities, garden and pool are well kept.

The ice machine wasn't working and they did not display any intention to fix it.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and the reception allowed us to check-in earlier.

We stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was exactly the same each day: cereals. A small sugar-covered bun. And 2 slices of toast with strawberry-marmelade and butter. It would be nice if at least one day they offered something different. Location is quite far from the center.

Very good price-value ratio. Clean, pool on the property. Decent breakfast (but do not expect too much)

Little bit off the beaten track - you need UBER/taxi to get to the tourist area, but still very affordable.

Spacious clean room ideally located to visit many of the medical facilities in Merida.
