Big bedroom. Enough storage space for 3 people (not enough hangers though as always!), the dipping pool and roof terrace furniture were nice, decent power in the shower, big fridge. The living room balcony and juliet balcony in the bedroom provided a good through draft to cool the place down. Modern flat. New towels every day.

The wifi was poor - very intermittent connection, therefore no tv either. There was only one air con in the living room, so if someone was sleeping on the sofa bed, you couldn't have it high enough to cool the bedroom. Instead, we kept the bedroom patio door open at night. Adding blackout curtains to both rooms would be good as the morning sun pours through the light curtains in the bedroom. Nice compact kitchen with an oven but no chopping board, utensils, or baking trays, so cooking was difficult.

This property is super clean and very well maintained. There is this beautiful scent when you walk in which is maintained throughout giving it that clean fresh feel. The walls are spotless and there is some shiny marbles pieces in it giving this real luxurious feel. The room was huge and had a private balcony. The swimming pool was opposite my room although I didn’t use it. It was nice that the curfew for the pool was 7pm as to give it some quiet time in the evening. The owner and his family are very nice people and the housekeeping standards in this hotel are very high. There wasn’t one fingerprint on the handrails all the way up to the 5th floor. I loved my stay.

The shower was so small and water went everywhere. It would be good if they could make cubicles and although this means losing some window space it would be more comfortable for the customer to have a dry bathroom floor.

The Grand Palazzo is clean and modern located in Budva new town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is well located and is close to a good choice of restaurant's, supermarkets and a bakery literally just a few minutes walk away. The beach is approx. 15 minutes walk with a promenade all the way down to Budvar old town which is about 30 minutes walk or in the opposite direction Becici which is the next resort around the headland reached by the same promenade and through a pedestrian tunnel.

The property itself is really nice. Close to the beach and many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and helpful if you need help during the stay or you need any recommendations. :) lovely

The only thing is that the boiling kettle in my room was not working when I needed it at midnight. So Idk who I could have asked for. But other than that everything was perfect

Family run hotel, we arrived a couple hours late due to the flights, On arrival we were greeted by the hosts and told about any information thhat may be useful to us on our stay. We also needed 2 taxi's booking for 5:30am the next morning to take us to our transfers to go rafting. When they wer're able to do this on the evening. The host go up and made sure we had 2 taxis booked for us that morning.

The shower tray in our bathroom was a little small and in a strange triangle space, but we managed fine.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were, location was close to the beach where I was able to walk comfortably to the beach and old town. The hotel organised a taxi to and from the airport which was really helpful considering I was a solo traveller for the first time. As a solo female traveller I felt very comfortable here.

Only thing that could have made this better was more facilities at the hotel. There is no option to eat at the hotel at all, and at the time of staying, the only communal space to use was the pool which closed at a certain time of the evening. The fridge would turn off if I wasn't in the room with the key card in the slot, so keeping food at the hotel wasn't necessarily easy.

Everything was great , very clean room ,nice rooftop pool although I didn't use it..stoija the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful at all times always with a nice smile,I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine, a bit of a long walk back from the old town at night and a few noisy guests but nothing that would stop me from returning

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Since it was out of season I've been given a bigger room with a balcony overlooking to mountains. The place is located a bit up the hill away from noise and busyness of roads yet the budva Riviera is still in a walking distance. The view from the rooftop terrace is really nice with a view to the sea and the Islands from one side and the mountains to another side. The staff was super nice and friendly, very attentive and always ready to help. They were very nice to fulfil all my requests. All in all i enjoyed my stay!

the receptionist was very attentive and even upgraded my reservation. The facilities are new, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great. 30 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the beach. close to pubs and supermarket.

The pool is so lush! We only used it on the last day which was a big mistake! Small but Very relaxing and nice edition. Comfy beds, good balcony. Staff are exceptional, we asked them to help us book a taxi to the airport but instead they took us (for a fee)

Drains smelt a bit,WiFi wasn’t great
