Overall this is the best hotel I have stayed in over a 1-year period in Montenegro. It is also one of the best I have been to in terms of quality/price ratio in the world. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and provide all the amenities you could expect from a hotel room. I also got a free upgrade to a superior or family room and it was extremely spacious but even the regular rooms are great. All the staff is friendly and professional. I want to especially highlight Bojana's work. She was very quick to react to all wishes and requests.

During the first evening of my stay I noticed there was no hot water in the shower. This is a fairly common problem for Montenegro. Bojana was very quick to offer a solution. However that solution may be unavailable when the hotel is at full capacity during summer season. And I am sure it will quickly become very popular. The location is generally good, very close to the sea and various tourist attractions but once again, during high season there could be issues with the street nearby being too noisy and crowded. Overall, all that does not take away from the great experience and I could recommend the hotel to everyone.

Great location, 250m from the beach. There is a Market on the other side of the street. On the same street, there are several fine restaurants. 20min walk to the Old Town. At this stage hotel is cooperating with local PUB which has great food and drinks. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Personel is very kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Bojana who told us everything about Montenegro, tips, advices. Thanks to her we know better about Montenegro. We stayed for 7 days, which is more than enough to explore Budva, Thanks to the location you can use it as a base to explore rest of the country. For sure we will come back to this place. The hotel is excellent, located in a peaceful part of town, a 5-10 minute walk to the center. It has an underground garage which is not large, but there was always space available. Very clean apartment, towels, etc., are changed every 2 days. Excellent WI-FI signal. Bojana, the girl at the reception, is extremely kind and always at your service.

- very spacious rooms, new furniture, new building, has everything you need (air conditioners, kettle, cups and glasses, soap and shower supplies), welcome tea bags and candy; - very clean, fresh towels every day; - friendly staff; - great location (15 min walk to the bus station and 5 min walk to the beach), big shop across the road, pretty quiet area; - good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs (mostly fast food, but you can find basic options like an omelette or scrambled eggs), portions are huge.

This hotel offers friendly service and simple, clean rooms. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant (same building), where you can choose one dish (different omelettes, sandwiches with fries and more) and one hot and one cold drink from the menu. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea. Additionally, there’s a fish & chips restaurant in the neighboring building, perfect for a casual meal.

The location was ideally situated, approximately a 10-minute stroll from the beaches and conveniently surrounded by numerous restaurants. The hotel offered fully air-conditioned and spacious rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. The staff members were exceptionally helpful and delightful. In particular, Anastasia stood out with her remarkable friendliness and willingness to assist. A complimentary breakfast was provided as part of the stay.

The hotel is very good. Very polite and helpful staff. Clean at the maximum, safe parking. Around the hotel there are bakary's and fast food kiosk, which serve tasty burek, burgers and gyros. 20 min walk to old town Budva and Mogren Beach, good chance to enjoy a walk in the city.

I wish breakfast was included in the price but that it doesnt change my very good experience I had.

The friendly receptionist was very helpful, even late at night. I have ever had a more quiet AC unit, and the entire room was really well insulated against noise as well as heat.

The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing was bad, we just expected more choice and more... quantity, to be honest.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, location was excellent, not directly at the Old City but 150 m to the beach and a nice walk to the Old City from there. Absolutely great value for the price, super clean, spacious rooms, big bathroom with large shower.

Pillows could be less high (or pillow options could be offered).
