1) Good location. 5 minutes walk can reach the hotel from the bus terminal. 10-15 minutes walks can reach the old town 2) it has been surrounded by some restaurants. 3) Room space is big enough.

1) The WIFI hasn't worked well. It is often on and off. It is rather annoying. 2) handwash liquid dispenser doesn't work. 3) No lift service. If you are staying at 3rd level, it could be rather exhausted if you have carrying luggage.

The rooms were well maintained and cleaned. We also had a nice balcony where we relaxed. It is near the Budva coast 10 mins walk and also to the Budva bus station. Our host Marco was proactive and was a great person. He was kind to let us in early before the check-in time. They also have a free parking for the cars and Marco would guide us everytime to park the car due to the narrow lanes. All in all, it was very hospitable and thank you Marco for being an amazing host!

The room's proximity to the bus terminal allows for a quick, 5-minute walk to reach it effortlessly. The hospitable host adds to the overall positive experience. Moreover, essential amenities such as supermarkets, eateries, and even an ice cream parlor are conveniently located within a mere minute's walk. For a delightful dining experience, don't miss the opportunity to visit Relax Grill. This accommodation comes highly recommended, offering everything one could desire for a pleasant stay.

It was on 5th floor and too many steps. I had a knee surgery and it was a bit hard for me, other than that nothing bothered me at all.

The hotel itself has great location close to a bus station and is surrounded with cafes and food stores. We love the location and that it's still silent here. The hotel has a free parking for car travellers like we. The host is nice and always ready to help. First we chose a standart room, but as it appeared that we'd stay in Budva for a week, we chose studio room with balcony and kitchen. This room type is much more cozy (esp if you travel with kids), has spacious (not creacking) bed, kitchen with personal dishes and a balcony. The host was kind to provide us one more blanket. Bathroom here is more modern and rather comfortable compared to a simple room. All in all this room would make your stay comfortable and 'homy'.

We stayed in March and it was rather cold; air conditioner allowed us to heaten space, but the floor was still cold, esp in the bathroom. The hotel doesn't provide shampoo, only soap for hands and dish soap, so pay attention to it. Washing machine would be a great addition to the room. WI-FI is low everywhere in the hotel, so if you work or need to upload sth, be patient and wait.

The room is clean, and the balcony has a lovely view of the mountains. It is near the city center and the bus station. On the same street, you have good stores, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The frigobar is potent so that you can buy drinks and food.

The shower hanger and soap dispenser were also broken, and this is not the first time I have seen this in Montenegro. I don't understand why they don't fix that. The Wifi is not good and is always down.

Room was too good. It was clean and everything worked really good. It was 12-15 minutes walking distance to the old town. Very close to the main road, which has lots of local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Owner was too nice and helpful, he let me leave my luggage there before check-in time. Place has a balcony too I couldn't enjoy it because it was February and raining. I would probably choose this place again next time I would come to Budva. As a solo female traveller it was very safe and secure.

The hotel is in the center, 5min away from a bus station, surrounded with cafes and food stores, but still pretty silent. It takes 10-15min to get the sea. We stayed here for a second time because price/services ratio is good and we love the location, the host is nice and knows several languages. It's also very good that the hotel has its own parking as we travel by car. You can use dishes from a public kitchen and we never had problem with this.

We were given exactly the same room as on our previous stay and the beds still creak very loudly. Our stay was in March and it was pretty cold in the room; luckily, air conditioner allows to heaten the space. WI-FI is low, so if you need to work or upload files, you'll suffer.

Spacious room, very clean, New and comfortable bed , equipped kitchen and quiet street near restaurants and super market nearby. Friendly and welcoming host.

It is noted that there is no elevator. Not a problem for our stay but for longer stays if you re on the 4th floor with luggage it may be an issue.

Marco, the host, was always ready to help with whatever we needed. Advices to discover Budva and around. Willing to fix any issues with the room. Our room was on the ground floor. It was a vintage room ;-) though. The shared kitchen facilities were OK for a light breakfast or reheating food (electric oven/stove) The location is really good if you want to be close to the bus station.

The shower was leaking since the first night, and even when the host tried to fix it several times, it didn't happen. It was improved a little. Marco offered us another room for a couple of days, but we decided to stay in this one, avoiding changing back to the room later. Our stay was for 7 days.

The owner was great, flexible with time and spoke great English. The property was simple, clean and had great air conditioning as the temperature was over 30 degrees outside. It is a short walk away from the beach, restaurants and also the bus depot that I used. But it was also perfectly quiet in the evening to have a good nights sleep.

Nothing really, for me it was a short stay and fulfilled my requirements. It isn’t overly modern but is still quite charming in appearance.
