The hotel smelled very nice and clean as soon as we walked in. Simple but offered everything needed. The balcony had a beautiful view and the large windows offered cool air flow.

Pay the receptionist more so they can smile and be more welcoming. A/C is very low. We got only one key card and when we removed it from the slot it turns off everything including the fridge and A/C.

Great location for an overnight stop between Ifrane and Marrakech. Nice spacious room, friendly helpful staff. Great mountain and sunset view from the balcony. Good value for money.

Some bottled water and two glasses in the room would of been great.

The room was very clean and the location was good.

We had a room in the first floor and the tobacco smell from downstair terass was very bad. Luckily it stopped when the terass was closed at night.

I have stayed here previously. I have also recommended it to family and friends and never disappointed. Everything is good including: staff, facilities and location. I have sampled all the known hotels in Beni Mellal and I can honestly say La Luna is the best

There is nothing I would say we didn’t like. But I believe if the hotel has a swimming pool it will widen its clients targets and it will definitely attract more groups of travelers.

The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The air-conditioning wasn't cold enough and the room wasn't ready on the first day.

The location is pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was professional and friendly. Comfortable bed.

On our first morning, we found there was only one bath towel in the room. Staff brought another.
