Perfect for an overnight stay if you’re planning to visit the waterfalls—couldn’t ask for a better location! Parking is just a 1-minute walk from the Riad and costs 20 DH (about 2€) per night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they explained the best route to visit the falls. We recommend starting around 9 AM, right after breakfast, to avoid tourist crowds and the heat (we visited in late April). The main viewpoint is only a minute away, and there’s direct access from there to the natural path leading down to the waterfall. The trail is scenic and takes about an hour to walk down. Breakfast was tasty and served on a lovely terrace. The room was quite rustic but had an authentic charm to it, and we really enjoyed the rooftop view. For dinner, we recommend “Chez Mournir”—just a 2-minute walk away.

This is a very old traditional Moroccan Riad, we loved that it was authentic and if you are visiting to see the waterfalls then you cannot get any closer to them when staying here. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and can give valuable advise on local places to see. Breakfast was lovely sitting outside under the grape vines and consisted of mainly crepes and cake.

The room was small which of course can't be changed but the bed was huge and almost fitted wall to wall, getting out was problematic so a conventional double would be better. Breakfast area could be be made better and more inviting to eat in

Absolutely amazing heard the waterfalls throughout the night and literally next to them.... we had the top floor bedroom suite next to the terrace and just WOW sooo beautiful....we have been to Ouzoud several times but have never slept over, and after this stay we will definitely come back here. The staff was outstanding, honest and kind even sorted our parking 👍🏻 brilliant man gave us breakfast on the terrace and helped with suitcases we will 100% come again 😀 thankyou so much.

I had an amazing stay at Riad Cascades hotel, located just a short distance from the Ouzoud waterfalls. The hotel was the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The stuff team was incredibly friendly and attentive, they provided us with helpful recommendations for local tour around the waterfalls. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was extraordinary good with fresh and delicious options. If you’re looking to explore the waterfalls nearby while enjoying a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

The location could not have been better. The property has a superb rustic charm. The breakfast was fresh and ready when we wanted it each morning and they were so lovely accommodating us with an evening meal even though we did not get there til 22.30. The staff were so polite and available to help you whenever you needed something. A perfect little get away to experience Moroccan culture and the stunning Ouzoud Falls

The only thing I would have liked would have been a kettle in the bedroom…I do like to be able to have a cuppa on demand. I am sure that the staff would have been more than happy to provide me tea when requested but having a way to boil water in my room would have been the only thing that could have made things a little better.

You can't stay much closer to the waterfalls than here, although the sound of running water all night does mean your getting up to go to the loo more often! The owner let us ride our motorbikes into his courtyard where they were securely parked up overnight. Although they have a restaurant, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the main square, 2 minutes walk away. The waterfalls are super pretty and worth a visit. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Great host and a lovely place to stay.

Lots of hassle by parking attendants on the way down, but we ignored them and rode straight to the hotel.

We got in late and everyone in the town was helpful, the night security got us to our room and the morning breakfast was peaceful and delicious. The property is stunning. Definitely go up to the rooftop. The concierge took us up top and explained the layout of the falls. It is located perfectly to step outside and explore the stunning falls. Cafe au lait was the best I had in Morocco, and Omelette Berbere was absolutely delicious! Staying here was a highlight of the trip!

Really lovely old style riad, beautifully decorated. Fabulous views from terrace on top floor. Great views of stars at night Had evening meal and breakfast. Delicious food, freshly prepared. Cosy log fire in dining area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. So close to the cascades.

What a beautiful riad this is. It's not quite within sight of the Cascades, but as near as makes no difference. The riad itself is beautiful, our room was huge with a large bed and a lovely bathroom. The shared facilities were massive and comfortable and would have been cosy at any time of year. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help, and our food, both evening and breakfast, was top notch.

This riad is clearly the best option to have an authentic, comfortable and quiet accommodation close to the waterfalls. The architecture and the decoration of all rooms and terraces are amazing, exhibiting tastefully artistic design and convenience. It seems to have been recently renovated, the walls are freshly painted while facilities are well-maintained. Still, the charm of the interiors and old furniture remained untouched. Both the waterfalls and the main square are only minutes from the riad while guarded parking is also availabe next to the hotel. The staff has all been friendly and accommodating, offering an early breakfast on request, detailed guidance for approaching the waterfalls, as well as a friendly welcome despite our late arrival. Moreover, we have received exceptional support for our flat tyre during our stay and even following our departure - showing that the staff is also excellent in solving unexpected problems.
