Amazing stay! Super friendly and polite staff. The room was clean and well-organized. Amine was the best so kind and helpful. The manager was extremely professional and ensured everything was on point throughout our stay. And Khalid was super attentive as well. Everyone we met left a positive impression. The entire atmosphere of the place is calm and serene — a perfect escape if you're looking for a peaceful getaway from the noise and stress of the city. It’s also just a short distance from the stunning waterfall, which made the experience even more magical. Honestly, 10/10. Chef's kiss. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Excellent value for money – spacious clean room, hot shower, fresh local products for breakfast, and tasty tea. Staff is very friendly.

A few small issues: the WC flush wasn’t working during our stay, the shower had a slight drip, and Wi-Fi was only available in the reception area — but overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We very much liked the place! It would have been perfect if the pool had been open, but it was great nonetheless. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the waterfalls. We loved dringking tea at the table under the orange tree :) The bathroom could use a little renovation but other than that we liked the room, spacious and colorfully decorated. Typical Morrocan breakfast (in the company of Crazy The Cat :)). Lovely staff!

It's fantastic value for money. The breakfast is excellent, and you won't find a better location if you want to see the waterfalls. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I was running very late, but they let me check in at night and were very accommodating. I had a huge room with four or so beds to myself, so I picked the very large double bed. Perhaps some people would have found the mattress too hard, but I was so tired from the trip I was very comfortable; it was also very quiet and nobody bothered me, there were no loud neighbours/parties etc. The facilities are basic, as is to be expected in this price range, but for a one- or two-night stay it's perfect if you want authenticity rather than luxury. The dog and cat who live there are also a plus!

It was a bit chilly at night, not a huge problem though. The bathroom could do with some touch-ups.

We have got amazing care of ourselves! Rooms comfortable, big and clean. Very nice garden including sitting so you can have your breakfast under the trees. People from hotel are willing to prepare for you tea or coffee anytime you like. We have got lots of useful advice. Waterfalls just few minutes walking. We also enjoyed nice hiking from the hotel to the george with the cascade river. I highly recommend this place!!

The more small towns we stay in in Morocco the more we LOVE the service of our small town stays. At Hotel France someone is always around to help! The breakfast was so good and one of the mornings we asked for 1 more crepe (we'd been given 4 huge ones but have 5 people) and the staff without mentioning anything to us hopped on a scooter and ran into the town square to grab us a fresh one! I felt so bad, we wouldn't have asked if we knew they didn't have more. But they were so kind!!! The tea is great and the location to explore the falls is fantastic. It's nice to not worry about parking in a place that can get aggressive about it. This is not a high end stay, we had 2 rooms and the 1 was a family room that has a double bed and 3 twins. It was great! The shower head wasn't full pressure but the hot hot water was enough to compensate. Now, the 2nd room had 2 beds and they were comfortable but there were a few bugs that made their way in under the door. We were able to get some spray to help ease the situation and even though this should go in the "don't like" section, the hospitality of the staff made it all ok and really for the price we can't complain. We have been traveling Morocco for weeks and it has been about 5 days since we had access to laundry and the hotel helped us send laundry out to some wonderdul ladies who had it all done in 1 day. Our kids played for hours with the German shepherd which was incredibly well trained (and doesn't come in the rooms) For the price we were super happy with our stay

We are always disappointed when the pools aren't open and we don't know that at the time of booking, however the weather ended up being poor anyway so no big deal. They are working hard on the pool so it should be up soon.

The hotel is very easy to reach, the staff is very kind and willing to help you with any request. The waterfalls are very close, 1 minute on foot and you can choose whether to take the panoramic route or the one with the stairways where you can find many shops both to eat and to buy souvenirs. The breakfast is very good. Inside the hotel there is a beautiful swimming pool, where you can relax if, like us, you come from many hours of travel!!! For the price it is really recommended! The room was big, with 3 simple and a double bed, a pretty good breakfast, a view to the pool from the room, nice garden and safe parking place, close to the waterfalls, very good wi-fi.

Some sockets for plug-in didn't work and the bathroom, although nice, it was a bit rusty.

The locatiom was perfect, exactly near to the beginning of the road to the waterfalls. I arrived in the late night and head a possibility to visit waterfalls before all the tourists groups from Marrakesh started to come. The room was huge and clear and near to the pool.

very nice hotel in garden style, pool unfortunately closed outside the summer season. Good option of guided tour from the hostel to the waterfalls, very good Tajine for dinner, additionally the staff prepared very good shisha on request
