Everything was just awesome!!! The staff, the hotel, the view, the food... My best experience ever at this hotel in my life ❣️. So satisfied and with no doubt I’m come for sure again and again, I would like to thank everyone who was sooo kind and professional and nice to us, start for the director and his assistant to the f/b manager and the barman to receptionnists and all the other staff. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone you went all above and i felt to be like part of your Hotel family. Thank you hugely

The view excellent with waterfall and beautiful mountains and trees. Staff Ms. Ameena was exceptional in helping and making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The Spa was not working. It would be lovely if steam room was working .

Views, style, gardens

Safe parking for our motorbike, warm welcome with the a’la menthe. Specious room, clean & tidy with comfy bed and gorgeous view on the waterfall. Staff very friendly and helpful, they noticed my mistake as I made double reservation and helped me to avoid double costs. Upon arrival they showed us around, helped with luggage. Delicious dinner including local wine and rich, traditional breakfast. Great location with direct gateway to the path to waterfall, beautifull garden and all surroundings.

We booked one night and ended up staying two. Beautiful hotel! I read some of the other reviews from a few years ago, and obviously this place has improved. The staff were fantastic and the place is fabulous. The restaurant was nice (for a change from tagine!) and french influenced. The deluxe room was comfy, with a terrace and a waterfall view. Towels plush, linens top notch, clean room, two infinity pools with amazing views…we decided to skip a drive to Essaouira, and stay here a second night. It is the only high end hotel in this tiny tourist attraction town.

The hotel was gorgeous, with a beautiful garden, infinity pools, and beautiful views. Our room was very comfortable and had a great view of the falls from the balcony. If you want to sit and relax, there are so many terraces and little nooks to enjoy. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, including an omelet station. All of the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. We are already planning to visit again soon.

We absolutely loved the hotel, but it would be nice to have hair dryers in the bathrooms.

His great location let me have a great and splendid sights of the Cascade of Ouzoud, the mountains, and the wonderful landscaping all around. As well I did have a total relaxation into his exterior swimming pools on all level floors. His architecture in every spot was unforgettable, which allowed me to take hundreds of photos inside and outside as a great souvenir. The excellent customer service with their nice smiles made me already miss my staying 😢 Whatever I describe this hotel, it will never be enough. Thank you for all the stuff. Absolutely loved the view of the waterfalls from the hotel. Roof-top swimming pool was cherry on the top. Pleanty to choose from during the breakfast and all the staff friendly and proffesional. Decided to stay for 2 nights instead of 1.

The view was awesome , the waterfall looks amazing u can hear it from the hotel the bed was very comfortable and soo clean the staff were nice to us specially one guy i dont know his name he was checking on us he is a bit older guy big smile on his face

The only thing we didnt like the mean door was closed and the security guy wasnt guy he left his post so we wen ever we go out we had to call the reception the send them to open
