Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend. I had a fantastic experience at kasbah ziz palace From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, and attentive. Thanks to hassan & mustapha. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety and dinner as well, the tagine was delicious . I will definitely be coming back on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Had a great, enjoyable stay. Very close to town, the Host (Mr Hamid) has been exceptionally helpful (in the picture). He's always there for any assistance and all the staffs are always standby. Felt safe with kids. Rooms are cosy, warm (in this winter), very good breakfast menus. Mr Hamid also recommended a camel trekking in Merzouga which was very reasonable priced compare to the booking.com or other agencies around. Plenty of secured parking. We liked their hospitality so much that we decided to stay another extra night. Thank you very much guys. All the best 👍

Perhaps can add a machine to keep the pool water warm during the winter.

Hassan on the front desk welcomed us and made us feel at home. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the tagine was delicious. The crème caramel for dessert was a pleasant surprise. The pool was beautiful though it was a little cold and windy for us to swim. Recommend the circuit touristique including a visit to the Mausoleum of Moulay Ali Ash-Sherif with a tour from Rachid round the mausoleum and into the caravanserai. Beware the visit to the gift shop at the end but no pressure to buy if you don’t want anything.

The room was a little dark though this made for good sleeping.

I spent a few nights here and everything went really well. The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I really appreciated the overall atmosphere and the quality of service. I would definitely recommend this place

Lovely personnel! Thanks for hosting us. A pretty Kasbah with a nice swimming pool area where you can chill and have some tea. A spacious room with everything you need in it. Great location, 30 mins from Merzouga.

A bit too dark inside the room if you ask me. Nothing else, really.

Super place to stay . I was on the way to the Sahara .Mustafa the counter staff was a great bloke . They let me put my motorcycle in the conference room so it was safe . The food was good but they gave you to much . The other staff was spot on as well . Not far from the Sahara Dunes . Would stay again

This is a good looking place in an otherwise dusty and squalid town. The staff were very well mannered and keen for us to have the best time, truly sorry that we arrived after the chef had gone home. Great dining room with all manner of local artistry in carpets, embroidered seats, lamps etc. Fabulous coffee and orange juice. The shop across the road, incidentally, an amazing and welcoming workshop, making extraordinary slabs and tables from the fossil beds near Erfoud. Hard and dirty work and not the least interested in ripping off the tourists.

The wifi would not work in the room and the pool was out of action. A little disappointing that in an empty hotel they did not put us in one of the better rooms.

Staff .mustapha and hamid were ao kind and the hall nice experience of staying in this hotel just one think i hope they can improve a bit on buffet breakfast

The rooms are a good size. The hotel is beautiful although we didn't get to use the swimming pool as it was in April. Having parking at the actual hotel was useful. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

The owner Hassan is very friendly and wecoming, and the staff are happy and helpful. Rooms are beautifully designed in a traditional style. Off-street parking for motorcycles and cars.
