The most beautiful hotel! With the nicest staff. In a good location close to the road and gas station, but with a view of the dunes! The view from the pool arch is reliable and leaves an unforgettable impression for life! Very nice water in the pool. The pool area is equipped with everything you need, as well as a shower and toilets nearby. The rooms are very beautiful in the minimalist style of Morocco, with WORKING air conditioners and attention to every detail! We were especially impressed by the hand carving above the bed area! We tried breakfast, as well as lunch. We were full, satisfied, everything that we asked for on request vegetarianism was done and served in the most beautiful way! It was very tasty! There is always a bar where you can buy soft drinks. And there are also activity services. We took a camel ride through the Sahara, it was very cool! An unforgettable impression for all life! Thank you very much for your hospitality and we hope to return again to this wonderful hotel! This is truly a PEARL in the desert!
Too much beautiful! It’s illegal to make so much beauty in hotel! 😁🤩

I LOVED the property. Everything was just amazing. We had a room at the hotel with view on the desert with the bed facing it. It is just unreal. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms were very clean. Despite the sand storm the staff would keep the hotel clean every day. This hotel is truly a masterpiece and definitely worth the money. The breakfast was very very good with a lot of variety in a lovely decor. Everything is esthetically pleasing. We also had a great time thanks to Said. The man working at the front desk. He was making sure our stay would be pleasing. Thanks to him we truly felt accompanied. He was always there to help and plan the activities or to plan our breakfast. I thank him for his service when needed and comprehension. He’s a really good man and a lovely guy to chat with whenever we are at the hotel. He’s very respectful. He also helps out where needed to make sure we get the best experience. He is a devoted man and the only person to give a warm welcome upon arriving. There is also a nice little show in the evening at the camp performed by other staff members, but they act more like guests than staff members. See more in what I didn’t like about the property:
Aside from Said’s professionalism and professional behavior and one other guy that helped at the breakfast, the rest of the staff is really a shame. They linger around and have a bad attitude. They never say hi and look at you a funny way. They lounge around the hotel and dress or act like “bad boys”. They have no manner or professionalism, the way they talk and repond to each other is without education. They don’t act or look like staff member but more like street boys. It a pity since the hotel is such a gem, I feel like the rest of the staff doesn’t add up to the high standards of the hotel.

Beautiful property in the Sahara. Very comfortable and spacious room. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Breakfast spread was better than other hotels. Bed was huge! Very nice and firm mattress. Room was quiet, clean and pretty. Staff very accommodating in general, eg. re breakfast times. We did the camel sunset tour which was amazing.
Dinner at the hotel was not great - beef was so tough it was inedible but the staff offered to change the dish for us. The staff were generally lovely. Pool was too cold to use though very pretty. We had to request cleaning of the room and hand over key for it.

We had a fantastic experience at Sahara Pearl hotel! The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the biggest conveniences was that they accepted euro payments via both cash and card, which made everything super easy. The food was absolutely delicious – definitely a highlight of our stay. They also have snack bar as well for snacks and water/ soft drinks. We also enjoyed a range of desert activities including a memorable camel ride and an exciting Jeep safari. Although we had made a mistake with our booking, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and had everything arranged before our arrival, hassle-free. Despite landing in Errachidia at midnight, the airport transfer was smooth and punctual. Note that the transfer costs €150 one way if not shared with others. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
The only minor inconvenience was the dinner setup. There was only a buffet option, priced at a fixed €30 per person. Since we have a small appetite at night, this felt a bit expensive for what we needed.

Amazing hotel in the Sahara! The hotel is so beautiful! The design is gorgeous, charming, and the pool opens right up onto the dunes. The rooms were beautiful, and very clean and comfortable! Plus, our room had an amazing view of the dessert. The staff went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience - with an amazing welcome tea and sweets, helping to accommodate our dietary needs (we are vegetarians), to helping us organize a private camel ride and romantic tea in the heart of the dunes at sunset. The hotel also has the fastest wifi we used during our entire time in Morocco in the lobby area.

I’m blessed and privileged to say that, before this trip, I had traveled to 14 countries and in some of those trips I stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels (as well as low budget stays and hostels). This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed in. Not only is the hotel amazingly posted right in front of the globally sought-after dunes of Erg Chabbi with all amenities beautifully included, but the people who work there are simply out of this world. The two Ebrahims at the front desk (sorry if I misspelled), the guys from the restaurant, the cleaning staff, every single person there was special. I could spend hours talking about the top tier level breakfast, the Land Rover tour (thank you Yusuf - great person too), the view from the balcony, the instagrammable frame of the dunes from the pool, the wisdom of the locals… I could spend hours, but for now I only thank the crew for this special ride we had in our honeymoon. Lots of success to you all
Everything was superb

We stayed 2 nights from Feb 19-21 in the Deluxe double room with balcony. We had decided to stay in a hotel next to the dunes instead in a tent and we have no regrets. Choice for Sahara Pearl was easy when we looked at their pictures on their website and on Booking and what you get is what was promised. Beautiful decoration throughout the hotel - large and tasteful room. Great view from the balcony to the dunes which more or less start at the hotel. We had a great sunrise walk in the morning into the dunes and a great sunset camel ride into the dunes - all worth it with the convenience of a great and comfortable hotel. BTW: they operate a tent camp as well within a few minutes walking distance- we did not do it but you can walk there in the evening and enjoy the camp feeling with a camp fire and berber music. Great dinner and great breakfast . Super lovely and helpful staff. Superb pool and view from pool into dunes - Feb was still too cold for us but when you are there in the hot period you will enjoy it. Only complaint I would have (and had this was the case in almost all the accommodations we had in Morocco) are the hard beds. The hotel is a clear top recommendation for us!
