Staff was amazing, they were really friendly and helpful in any situation. They were guiding us at 5 am when we had to go to an activity, they were giving us tips where to shop, where to get money from the ATM, etc. We'd like to highlight Hamil, Jamal, Ali, who were amazing. Overall the riad was really nice, clean, nice design. It's clear that the owners really put the effort to make it great. We were using the Spa also and tried Hammam there, that was also nice, we can recommend it. The location is amazing, in the middle of the souks, so if you have a shopping tour, you can walk home in 5-10 mins from anywhere. It was really close to Jama El Fnaa, which is important if you are planning activities outside of Marrakesh, because 99% of the cases the meeting point is that square. Besides that most of the attractions in Marrakesh are reachable by foot in 20 mins from the riad. We had a great time there, absolutely recommend it.

The breakfast was 95% the same every morning, which was a little bit boring, and only sweet options are in the basic package, if you'd like fried egg for example, that's an extra cost. The doors, windows were really loud when open or closing them, and not only ours, so a quick repair would be useful :) Small thing, but in the bathroom it would be nice to have a lamp above the mirror, because there were not enough natural light there to see myself well.

When we arrived we were greeted beautifully by the staff. Our room wasn't ready but we were shown around the riad and were allowed to spend time on the terrace. The riad is in the heart of the souks but you wouldn't know when you are there as it is very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast varied a little each day but mainly consisted of breads, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit and fresh coffee and mint tea. The wifi was strong in all areas of the riad.

No card machine facilities at this riad so if you book any extras (spa etc) then you will need cash. We thoroughly enjoyed our spa session but as the room is off the main courtyard, there was a lot of background noise which could be heard above the music.

The staff can't do enough to help and assist you with every aspect of your stay and are so friendly with perfect English and French! Online and what's app commination fast and helpful. The rooms are super clean and very comfortable, aircon very cooling. The rooftop area is a great place to relax. Breakfast is varied and very fresh and tasty! The Riad is situated smack bang i the middle of the souk just minutes from the main madina.

Could do with refreshment/bar area on rooftop. Better singing for Riad out on main street. Dip pool could be heated in winter months and have more lounge chairs around it, not just bistro tables.

Exceptional Riad and very welcoming staff. Perfect location, well within the Medina and near to the markets but is an oasis of calm away from the busy streets. There is a terrace to relax too. They arranged taxis for us and a member of staff accompanied us to the nearby street where the taxis could make it. The rooms are well equipped, clean, has modern bathroom and good wifi throughout the Riad. The staff members are really friendly, smiling and welcoming always and checking-in to see if we needed anything.

Nothing major but if I were to point out something then the breakfast is quite basic and mostly rather sweet, so we paid to add fried eggs (60 Dirhams per portion) to our breakfast. Found it a little odd that we had to pay for eggs for breakfast and not a small amount either.

Excellent, central location, just minutes from the Souk Semmarine. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we were treated to bespoke, exceptional service from the lovely staff. Our room was just beautiful and it felt like a very authentic Moroccan experience. Helped make our first time in Marrakech fabulous. 😀

The breakfast, whilst traditional, and comprising bread, jam, pancakes, banana bread and fruit, was just a little too sweet and carb heavy for us, and slightly restrictive for my vegan friend. However the coffee and orange juice were delicious.

The property has been beautifully renovated and is a tranquil, elegant and restful space in the centre of the medina. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms tastefully decorated with all the facilities you need. The roof terrace is a lovely area to sit and relax with a view of the Atlas mountains and if it is too hot, the courtyard below is even better with a lovely pool. The food was delicious and good value for money. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and they kindly arranged an airport pickup and met us at the main square to escort us to the medina which was very much appreciated. Thank you Edouard and Claude for your hospitality.

We could not fault it. Everything was fabulous.

It is a bit of a walk from where the cars stop and the path has turns but the name of this riad was visible at almost every turn. The location was pretty central to all things of our interest. The staff was amazing and very warm and hospitable. They really cared about our comfort during our stay and accommodated special requests. The breakfast was delicious.

The only thing I would suggest changing is the door of the room in the terrace as it had holes big enough for sunlight to hit your eyes while taking an afternoon nap. It doesn't bother in the morning as the sun rises from the opposite side. Other than that, it's an excellent option to consider as your home during your stay in Marrakech.

From our arrival to departure everything was coordinated to get us from our transport to the Riad. It was such an outstanding atmosphere and location, completely disconnected from the souk outside. Maybe a little difficult if you were trying to find the way by yourself, but it was actually easy. Nowhere near the hustle and bustle. We were greeted by Edward, and Ayoud with mint tea, and shown to our amazing rooms. Each one was different and so well colour coordinated. The breakfast was served by the pool. Good coffee and tea, and a menu for eggs. The restaurant recommendations were perfect. We all enjoyed the Hammam with Amina. Why go elsewhere when this was so clean and so enjoyable. Rooftop terrace where we could enjoy wine and nibbles. I would recommend this Riad to anyone going to Marrakesh. We all loved it. Two couples.

It was perfect for our stay.

Incredibly beautiful and tastefully decorated riad. All the staff and owners were vey kind and welcoming. We felt like royalty. Ajub was especially helpful, he picked us up from the taxi ( we would never find the road by ourselves) and escorted us to the Riad, helped us with dinner recommendations, activities and made sure we knew direction how to get back. He even gave us his personal phone in case we get lost ( which is very easy in the souks). The room was lovely and pristine. It was cleaned daily. I highly recommend this riad. It’s hard to find at first ( but everything in the media is hard to find, lol), definitely have them pick you up at the airport- helps a lot to have Ajub guide you

Everything was perfect

The location was amazing in the heart of the medina but in a quiet alley, unbelievable how peaceful it was given the proximity to the big square. The staff were incredible so helpful and you felt very well liked after. The welcome was on point. Lovely refreshing tea and information on the area after a hot trip to get there.

The breakfast was lovely however it was quite sweet based and would have been nice to get something a little savoury. Even cheese or eggs. Wi-Fi was a little patch but this seems to be a regular occurrence in the Morocco. We got a bit lost getting to the road so just do your home work beforehand. It would have been so much easier that way because it’s simple when you know how!
