The staff were helpful, ready to assist with any requests. Rachid, was especially helpful and kind member of the staff. I liked the pool, serenity and accommodating early check-in and late check-out.

The property is far away from downtown, if your main goal is to explore DT, this is not ideal option as finding taxi is not so easy and prices charged for rides are high due to long distance to downtown. The taste of food is mediocre but prices are quite high. The contents of breakfast are always the same, could be better if they made small changes to what they offer in breakfast. The last drawback is about privacy, as many people, staff and guests, can pass front of your lodge, so you have to keep drapes closed if you don’t want to be seen by them.

Small number of rooms which made it a quiet location, which is exactly what we wanted. The grounds were really pretty in the main areas. The sun loungers were very comfortable and so easy to spend a few days doing nothing. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and a lot of it! The separate jacuzzi area was lovely and nice to have another option to cool off rather than the pool. The team were very friendly and happy to help. They arranged transport for us into the city a few times.

Our room was next to the kitchen and the staff break out area. This made it quite noisy and there was always someone walking past the outside area. If you were in one of the suites, I’m sure this would have been a different experience. We weren’t able to use the terrace area upstairs as this was attached to a room up there - this was a shame as it would have been nice and the photos of the property don’t make this clear. The only real down side for us was that they weren’t able to serve alcohol. They do say this in the details, right at the end, but we hadn’t noticed this before booking. Whilst not a major problem, it’s nice to have a glass of wine with dinner.

The service here was fantastic! Rooms are very clean and the pool area is beautiful. Every morning the table was set for us with a huge, delicious breakfast. Food is very reasonably priced. Although this is about a 20minute drive from the medina- it was perfect as we wanted a quiet few days before staying in a riad in the city. But if you wanted, they organise a taxi service which drops you off and picks u up for around 20 euro.

The AC in the room could be a little stronger, it took a while to cool down.

The staff! Very friendly and amazing service from Kamal and Oussama at reception, to Badir and Youcef in the bar / restaurant, Kamalia in the spa, Youcef the driver and everyone else (sorry I don’t remember everybody’s name)

It was a little off the beaten track but then again I appreciated the calm after a busy day in Marrakech. Also I’d have liked the portions in the restaurant too be a little bigger (because it was yummy)

Wonderful hotel, which felt more like a beautiful family home! The room was perfect for a family of 4 (kids 9 & 11). Breakfast was amazing and the facilities were great. We ate dinner there for 2 nights during out stay and really enjoyed the food.

The service could at sometimes be a little slow but the staff were so helpful. The hot tub was on a roof terrace but only available when people weren't in the adjoining room. It wasn't an issue but I feel can be a little mis-leading when advertising it.

Little gem. Small scale. Fantastic rooms (Lodges) all large with their own style. Really close to pool and everything. Great breakfast. Everyday a different set breakfast menu - not this buffet crap of larger places. Staff is extremely helpful in anything. It is a 20-25 minute drive (they arrange driver for you) to the Medina. It is heaven to come back to this oasis after the craze of the city. Best (duo) sunbeds, and stylish jacuzzi too.

About half an hour from central Marakech it is located in a quiet area. A taxi or chauffeur service cost us 200 MAD (about £16 for each journey). There are no local restaurants apart from the one in the hotel. As the hotel is relatively small, the breakfast is arguably basic (comparing to the likes of other 5 star hotels like the Savoy). You will get some bread, pancakes, fruit, orange juice, tea/coffee, and egg. It is understandable that there is no buffet like at the Savoy as otherwise it is likely that a lot of food will go to waste. The restaurant provides both Moroccan and continental cuisine, it is okay. A typical meal will cost about 100-150 MAD (£8-£13) plus drinks 50 - 80 MAD (£4-£7). The swimming pool is designed nicely and the grounds are beautiful. It really looks amazing and tranquil. The staff are super helpful, polite and friendly. The place is kept immaculately clean.

This is not a criticism, but I personally think this is more suited to couples who want nothing but a holiday of peace and quiet and to just enjoy the tranquility of the place. A honeymooners' paradise.

Eden Lodges is a dream! The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. I have stayed in many hotels around Morocco and have enjoyed many lovely gardens. However, the landscaping at Eden Lodges just felt more well-designed. It is truly a gem and a real "Eden". The tent rooms are blended right into the beautiful landscaping and the tents themselves are very luxurious. We were upgraded to the Royale Suite and were so thankful. The property manager, Soufiane, is one of the best hosts that I have had in my 50+ hotel experiences in Morocco. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He is an active manager and engages positively with all of the guests. We had great food, great drinks at the bar, and a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Eden Lodges as you are able to still have a luxury tent experience but inside an oasis with easy pool access! :)

Everything was lovely! I would just caution people to be aware that the garden hot tubs only get heated to about 32 degrees. We wanted to go hot tubbing after sunset, but it was a little bit too chilly!

Just checked out from a wonderful romantic break celebrating my partner's 50th birthday. Prior to arrival I had contacted the property to help me make the occasion extra special and memorable, and they didn't disappoint! Upon arrival our room was decorated with rose petals and the most beautiful bouquet of roses. The next morning we enjoyed a couples massage (which was excellent) and a champagne lunch served on our room's private patio. The staff were professional, helpful and just fantastic. The pool area and gardens are just beautiful. It was a perfectly peaceful getaway after spending a couple of days in the hustle and bustle of central Marrakech Definitely recommend!

Eden lodges is a peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. The gardens are full of extraordinary palm trees and other vegetation from different locations in Africa. The staff are friendly and helpful and try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Simo was especially helpful because his English is fluent and he's a genuinely nice guy. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Eden Lodges.

Some of the staff did not speak much English which could lead to confusion when ordering dinner though they will do their best to fix it. If you speak a bit of French this will help a lot.
