Service and waiters were very good and friendly. Dinner was amazing both nights 10/10. Breakfast 8/10. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Pool was nice. Presidential suite was amazing. Good prices for a standard westerner.

Check-in delayed two hours because room was not ready. We got a standard room to start with (despite paying for presidential suite) and ended up in a junior suite. Sharam hotel manager insisted that the junior suite was the presidential suite when it clearly wasn't. We felt that Sharam tried to deceive us which wasn't a nice experience. Second night we finally got the presidential suite with help from Zaid receptionist, who seemed much more professional and caring. We never got a refund for not staying at the presidential suite for the first night and Sharam never apologised for lying.

One of the best resorts we stayed at so far. It's like oasis outside medina chaos. Super friendly staff, room was spacious and clean, high speed internet everywhere in case you're working remotely, magnificent pool, delicious breakfast every morning where Oumima is always there smiling trying her best to keep us full and location is not far away from medina but definitely you will need a car cause relying on taxis will cost a lot.

This place over delivered on everything for us! The team are so nice and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the fact there is a warm part of the pool meant the kids could stay in for hrs. We travelled with friends, so 2 families with young kids. We are vegan and needed to make sure the hotel could feed us during our stay- they were super helpful helping us plan before our stay and happy to be flexible and make us special dishes every night. The rooms are huge and clean. Some of the previous review complained about things looking tired, but everything was clean and functional, and taking a slightly more sustainable approach things can't look new forever. We also used the spa and the quality of the treatments were excellent. Couldn't recommend this place more!

This stay was 10/10 for us, there was nothing we didn't like!

We loved the size of the villa and rooms we received for a beautiful price! The meals were affordable and delicious, the staffs were all very helpful and ready to make our days better, the towels were being filled all the time without our notice, the private pools were cleansed at early morning before any of us wake up! The artworks on the walls are also exquisite! Dont even mention the messages!

Excellent place to unwind with plenty of facilities to keep the kids entertained. Beautifull environment and really nice rooms. Heated pool section is wonderfull in spring. Food was good (couscous royal is great for lunch and feeds 2, order in advance though). Staff was top notch.

Taxis to marrakech medina can be a bit expensive, this place is outside of the city. Really no reason to leave the hotel though during your stay.

The breakfast options were basic but you could always request for supplemental options from the kitchen. Service here was always very personal. Also the large tv over the bed has all the apps and the sound system was amazing.

Didn’t really care for the cats around but that’s just a morocco thing.

We stayed for 4 nights and we couldn’t have picked a better place to unwind after our Sahara trip. The facilities are excellent, it’s a hotel that caters for everyone. I was worried about the location however the hotel arrange taxis and you get the number of the taxi driver to arrange pick up. All they ask is you give them 40 minutes notice to get to your location so it’s super easy and stress free. My favourite parts of the stay will have to be waking up to the sound of the birds every morning and spotting two wild tortoises by the palm trees! The real stars of our trip have been the staff who make the mirage d’atlas the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the medina, they are always on hand to help with queries & requests and they’ve made our stay feel like it’s a home. The food is delicious with plenty of cuisines to choose from and the dining area is beautiful. We will miss the hotel and it’s staff so much I hope we will get a chance to come back in the next year or so.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel.

We had such a great time and experience which I cannot describe in words. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves. It was well worth it. It was clean, tidy, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, parking etc... Everything was above my expectations and exactly what you see in pictures.

Nothing. It was just perfect
