Modern, clean, excellent staff, wide range of food buffet style, tasty without being top quality.

Some distance away from anywhere - so nothing local to walk to or see but hotel does provide a free and very good coach shuttle service into Marrakech. Did have a problem with our room. We were charged extra for a pool view but all we could see was the brick wall of the sports bar. Hotel acknowledged we couldn’t see the pool but declined to give us a refund. We declined the offer - after a couple of days in - to move rooms as we didn’t want the hassle of packing and unpacking.

As soon as we walked in the place was absolutely breathtaking! We were greeted with smiles and given tea (I'm not a tea drinker but it was so good!!!) Everyone was super friendly and the night life and food was superb! Our bartenders Ahmed and Azdine were the BEST! They knew our preferred drinks after the 1st day so we never asked for drinks, as soon as they saw us, they poured us up and just kept giving us shots. We were LIT! We also had a professional photographer at the resort, Noureddine. He took candids pictures of us we didn't even know of along with the MANY photo sessions we had. The last night of our stay we saw all the pictures and chose the ones we liked most. I felt like a celebrity and looked so beautiful! This was a surprise birthday trip and they collectively made it the best experience ever!

My ONLY complaint would be that the heated pool wasn't heated during our stay.

Everything was amazing. Staff very polite and friendly. Marwa was the best in supporting us in everything we needed. The all inclusive was exceptional with a lot of variety. Room was spacious and very clean. You could find always someone cleaning to make sure everything is perfect. This hotel deserves more than 5* absolutely stunning. We went to the spa to use steam and to do two massages and we loved it. Thank you Be Live Collection team for making our stay magnificent.

Fabulous little complex with stunning green gardens and a very authentic Moroccan feel. Food was lovely, drinks were lovely, staff were very helpful and smiley, entertainment was great fun. Wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

The pools were freezing. I also noticed that all the doors whether on the ground floor or 2nd floor were warped and rotting, like they had bad flooding at some point. It was the only part of the hotel that needed some maintenance, also the beautiful fountains everywhere were not filled and most were not switched on.

We really enjoyed every meal we had here, the quality and range of food available was exceptional! All the staff were friendly and helpful and we're generous with refills and top ups. The pools were lovely and there was plenty of sun loungers for every one. The activities and shuttle bus to the city were a really nice extra, and the desk for arranging excursions made having an exciting trip much more straightforward. Highly recommend!

-A small note that milk wasn't topped up when they serviced the roof, and often it took a while for them to bring us more when we asked for it. -Also we booked a couple of taxis through the front desk during our stay, including to the airport for our flight home, and these were both quite a bit later than the time we had ordered them for! - Something that we enjoyed but is worth other travellers knowing is that there are a lot of cats roaming freely at this hotel - we found it adorable but if you are allergic to cats or quite scared of them, this would be a lot to cope with.

swim up suite was amazing for the hot days, our own private water and sunbeds 👌 the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Pool bar food and drink were always amazing, especially the chocolate mousse desert...don't judge until you've tried it!

Massages were average at best - especially when the masseuses during the second half of the 2 hour hammam were yawning, the odd belch and nails were long enough to be felt....they really didn't seem interested at all. Upon learning we were English and couldn't speak French, there was a lot of whispers and giggling in French while massaging. Very disappointed and would not recommend the spa - especially considering it's not cheap - 2x 2 hour packages + 2x 30min relaxing massages (we had the smaller massages upon arrival), should be 3400Dhs, roughly £275.

The standard room was spacious , bright , spotlessly cleaned by friendly chamber maids. All the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun loungers at both the lively pool with music and activities and a quiet pool. All inclusive wide range buffet food from 7 am to 10 pm. Good local wine and beer . Cocktails not great but fine for by the pool. Permitted use of all facilities and restaurants after check out until our late flight. We booked all our excursions online but there is a dedicated staff member in lobby who will arrange guided tours , day trips etc

Buffet food could be hotter. Coffee not great at breakfast ? Instant but real coffee at snackbar by pool . Gym too small . Not enough equipment. Bar also not big enough for all wanting to avail of entertainment although loads of comfortable seating in lobby. Deposit €80 paid at check in but refunded when returned pool towels at end stay A bit far out but free 25 minute bus in and out of town 5 times daily. Have to book day before.

This was our first time going to an all inclusive resort and it was an amazing time! The food was varied each day and really tasty! Plenty of Moroccan foods and western foods as well, plus amazing desserts and fruits every day! There was a relaxing pool area which we liked and another pool for loud music and activities, so it was nice they were separated. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and the staff were all so helpful, welcoming and pleasant. I loved the whole stay! Drinks were nice too, lots of areas to relax and enjoy the warm weather. There was also a very useful shuttle service into Marrakesh included and we also got to eat at the on site a la carte restaurant, the food there was so tasty and we really enjoyed it!

The only thing I would say was there is loud live music each night and if you are a light or early sleeper it would be best to request a room a bit removed from the area where they do it. Other than that everything was perfect!

The room was beautiful and comfortable. I stayed with a friend and we had a big double bed each which was we loved, pillows were heaven. The two pools were fab and we had a lovely massage at the spa on our first day. Staff were nice, hotel was kept very clean and manicured.

Each meal was buffet style, apart from one night allowance in the Moroccon restaurant (beautiful). The staff at the buffet were rushed off their feet every day, and it was hard to order any drinks. Again at the snack bar outside, they seemed understaffed so it took a while to order and for the food to arrive.
