POOLS There are 4 pools including 2 baby pools that are 0.4-0.6m deep. The main family pool was 1.4 - 1.6m deep so my 6 year old needed an inflatable with her in the big pool. There was also a tranquil adult only pool tucked away from the noise and with a completely different vibe, but you had to pay for drinks here, it wasn't included in all inclusive. STAFF The entertainment staff were fantastic and I ended up asking them about everything because their English was the best :) They worked so hard, encouraging everyone to do aqua aerobics by day, then doing all the shows and disco at night. I loved the community feel in the hotel. The main terrace had a DJ set up in the evening, and everyone was encouraged to dance and join in. Once that had finished you could go to their little amphitheatre (no seats, just sitting on the ledges) and watch a different show each night. The shows were in French so it was hard to understand but my daughter still enjoyed them. FOOD The food was plentiful with enough variety for my daughter to always like something. I also enjoyed the varied foods and tried different things each day so every meal wasn't the same. On top of the restaurant there was also a pizza hut serving fresh pizza and at breakfast an egg hut serving omelettes and pancakes. There was a big gap between the afternoon snack and dinner, so I advise eating a good snack so that you are not hungry for dinner. I think we got used to eating a lot on that holiday! DRINKS You had to ask for drinks, and there was no drinks menu to look at so it is worth asking lots of questions. You could have wine and beer in the daytime, and there was bottled water available too. They didn't do milkshakes so my daughter had a hot chocolate with ice and voila! Cocktails were not included in all inclusive but spirits were, but again you had to ask what was available as it wasn't obvious. The spirits were limited to just a few, like 4 types i think?

It was hard to get the information needed. Our induction was led by such a lovely man but he spoke very quickly and I didn't realise so many things about the hotel. The sign posting isn't very obvious so it took me a day or two to work out where the toilets were by the pool, where the pizza and pancakes were served from, and what drinks we could order and from where and what time. If you speak French it will be a lot easier for you. Everyone was willing, but the language barrier did mean I was in the dark until I worked out to speak to the Entertainment Team. I also wish they covered the sweet food up when it was served outdoors because the flies were all over the jam and pancakes and it was really not pleasant. I just avoided the food that was left out like that.

I didnt really like the food 2 years ago the food was better and enjoyable but now its just bland and dry and no taste in the food Didnt like the fact that hardly any staff members didnt speak any english this year round didnt really enjoy it This is my 3rd year round they havent updated the rooms or the equipment or tv and people paying so much money for this resort They havent painted the place in years and the walls are all dirty and smelt like mouled and stunk like shit This os properly the last time im coming to this resort serious disapointed thinking they will update there facility

Staff very friendly. Good choice of activities for all members of the family. Pool area well kept. Bus service into the centre of town was helpful. Good choice of buffet food.

Not enough towels in the bedrooms despite asking every day. Only 2 towels for 3 of us. Pool towels need cash deposit which then left us with a lot of cash to exchange-happy to pay a deposit but this needs to be by card

Since I'm traveling with two kids, I enjoyed the pools, the aquapark, the green view at the hotel, and the night animation

One of the staff members at the buffet restaurant, who seemed to be a supervisor and an older man, unfortunately showed behavior that didn’t reflect the hospitality expected. He was taking plates from guests’ tables with an angry expression. He even took my plate while I was still eating. When I told him, he slammed the plate back on my table in front of my kids. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name or face clearly. If I wasn’t on vacation and trying to avoid stress, I would have escalated the situation further. This is actually our second stay at the hotel — we first visited in June and came back in July because the kids really liked it. But encounters like this with staff make you reconsider booking again in the future

The swimming pools were amazing with a lot of trees all around great for shade around the pools. The rooms were very good and very well cleaned during the day. lots of entertainment, staff were all lovely and very friendly. Great selection of food in all meals.

The room key almost never opened the door, had to return to reception several times to get new key. The air-conditioner in the bar and restaurant could be stronger. However, overall I will definitely return :)

Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone. Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

A good water park, not very big, but the kids were happy. 5 types of slides. Good territory. Food is really good. Every night there are different themes.. On breakfast very good fried doughnuts. The room was fine. Marrakesh about 20 mins by car. Worth visiting to feel the Moroccan vibe.

I vowed never to do all inclusive but did it for the sake of my 10yr old son. We loved it. The food is great. It’s a buffet at all meals and the only thing is they cook too much so there’s always loads left over. The pool bar serves snacks throughout so you can never be hungry. The aqua park is great for kids he had so much fun. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are a big size. Nice well kept surroundings.

The guests take the mick when it comes to dishing out the food because there’s so much. It gets a bit messy. Our room was right next to the water park which is good for my son, but the walk to the restaurants for food was a very long one. I am an ankle fracture recovery patient. Water at aqua park is freezing so we got the flu straight after.

they were very nice, the staff were accommodating and friendly. the place is clean

nothing much in particular, although my children commented on the birds being able to get inside the restaurant and nibbling the breads on buffet
