All positives- the hotel is beautiful, the staff are exceptional and the stay was 10/10. We wanted somewhere a bit out the way, somewhere peaceful we could relax but could still pop out and do things if we wanted and this was exactly that. They picked us up and dropped us back to the airport, booked a hot air balloon excursion and arranged an amazing cake for my partners birthday, which was all above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will definitely be back!

We loved this place. Everything is so beautiful inside the riad, it's like a little paradise. The room is spacious and has an amaizing view in the sunrise especially on the terrace. The guy from reception is friendly and nice, he offered us take away breakfast as we were going on an early excursion. Many thanks.

The riad is located outside Marrakech which we already knew from the beginning, what we didn't know was that: to get there you need to find a driver who knows about this place because the GPS shows roads that either don't exist anymore or they never existed and you might get lost in a bumpy road and not very pleasant especiallyin the night as there are also no lighting. Best thing is to ask for transfer from this riad or to book a driver who know where the place is before.

The staff was very welcoming and did whatever they could to make you feel comfortable. The food was amazing, Moroccan cuisines were made fresh and tasted incredible. It is a great place to really relax and unwind by the pool, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. All the staff were amazing and are at the heart of my amazing experience at Atlas Widan. Worth mentioning, I do not like eating olives, BUT loved them at Atlas Widan, don't like eating lamb but again loved the lamb at Atlas Widan and one of my favourite dishes was Chicken Pastilla! If you never had it, it is a MUST!

Found the Spa a little disappointing as it is in the basement and didn't feel very welcoming, the ambience was missing for me. As I booked a suite with the garden view, which was great, missing was a phone in the room to call room service. Meaning I had to walk to the reception to ask for anything. As this was my first time in Marrakech and Morocco, I wanted to see things, which was made difficult as I was completely dependant on calling for transportation whenever I wanted to get into Marrakech, BUT I had a great driver Khalid, with whom I became friends and he looked after me and if he couldn't pick me up he arranged someone else to pick me up.

After staying in a Riad for a few days we completed our trip by spending some time away in a resort and this place did not disappoint! This resort is stunning and even better looking than the photos. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious every day! We had lunch on the property as well and we really enjoyed our meals. The property has multiple pools and the staff constantly made sure we had all we needed. We also had massage and facial which was really nice.

The downside is that it’s a bit far from the Medina but if you are looking for some quiet away from the busy city then this place is perfect.

The personal service and great deal of attention from the staff especially as we were travelling with 2 young children with specific dietary requirements - the staff and kitchen were always very helpful to provide a neat choice of dishes - it made us feel very special - the main highlight was the breakfast which is a wonderful selection of local pastries and made us to a great start of the day - also as a keen swimmer I have really enjoyed a good set of lengths in the main swimming pool across the gardens all well looked after by a wonderful team of gardeners - thank you all for the special memories on our first family holiday

What can we say!! My friend and I were staying in the Medina when the earthquake hit so had to leave our accommodation quickly. Faced with sleeping outside the closed airport, we were upset and scared. We phoned the hotel at around 2am, and the wonderful Mustapha said “it’s ok, come here now”. He sent a car for us and found us a room despite having no electricity due to the earthquake that night. For the next 3 days we wanted for nothing and were so so well looked after by the wonderful staff. The hotel is truly beautiful and so tranquil with the most beautiful gardens and pool that we often had completely to ourselves! The staff were caring, attentive and meticulous despite having so much worry themselves about their own families and homes following the earthquake. We loved Morocco, Marrakesh and the Moroccan people, especially those in the Atlas Widen, who made our holiday a time to remember. We will definitely be back to visit soon!

Nothing, it was wonderful.

First of all the people working in this hotel who are so super friendly, helpful, fun to be with 🥰 Then for everyone who is in need of a special diet like me for example without gluten, they do everything to make it as special as for any other guest. Just take a look at some of my pictures. The calming environment makes it easy to enjoy meeting the other guests. And then the spa….. Asma is so kind and such a great masseuse. I realy want tho thank everybody of thes team!

The place was fabulous and unique with private villas

Small issues but but it will make a difference, eg. Staff to ensure that all services and equipment are available and working without the need for the guest to call and ask or report it. The hotel should also reconsider the location and the way they display the breakfast as the food is cold with low variety.

Good food. Pool is not heated but the Jacuzzi is heated. 6 villas on the property and rooms in the hotel which are riad style

We booked a villa but were told on arrival that they had over booked it by mistake. They had to give us rooms instead. They gave us free dinner as compensation. The property is in a remote location.
