The Aman hotel in Marrakech is everything you would expect and more. It is an oasis within the City. The property is architecturally beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive and clearly enjoy working at the resort. Our villa was a dream: traditional tiles, authentic décor and linens. The food was excellent, we especially enjoy the varied al carte breakfast menu and the tagines for dinner were perfect! Also, the hotel helped us organise all sorts of activities: a visit to the Majorelle Gardens, YSL museum, walking tour of the Median, lunch in a Berber Village and quad biking in the desert. Lastly, the turn down service and little surprise gift each night was so thoughtful and special! A very heartfelt thank you to Tim and his team.

staff was extraordinarily nice and helpful. Asked for 2 bottles of the house wine to take - wrapped them neatly for travel without charge. GM even knew us after first day. Extremely quiet. Japanese restaurant served one of the best steaks ever and similar both times we ate there. I rarely write reviews and when I do they are usually about terrible places. This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Absolutely not a single thing to complain about and no suggestions to make - they have it down! That's a rarity even in the luxury hotel business

One of the best places we stayed in Marrakesh! the place is photogenic! the room was spacious amazing and we had our own terrace and very pricate! the facalities were amazing the view everything!!! free tea time around the amazing view! The manager of the hotel was amazing Noura she welcomed us from the door until the checkout! yasmeen, zain alabdeen , and lubna in the spa all very kind staff! Thankyou for an unforgettable stay! The staff were all kind and friendly, and the space was more wonderful than any hotel I've ever seen before. It was a space where I could feel Morocco and relax to the fullest, feeling safe and secure. It was a wonderful stay. The restaurants inside 🍽️ were all delicious.

True Aman experience, smiles along the way from the first greet. Rooms are actually pavilions with high ceilings, private fountains and gardens. Very spacious estate. Staff would start the room's fireplace each evening. Restaurant options are great, breakfast included. Nespresso and local wine in the room, fancy drink options in the minibar. Special outside experiences available - we even arranged to start on the check-in day from early morning (thanks Mohamed!).

One should burn in hell to object anything

A surreal hotel! From the awe inspiring entrance lobby to your paradise-like hotel room, this is possibly the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is extremely attentive to your every need. Perhaps the highlight of the stay was the astronomer on site who brought his telescope and photographed amazing pictures of the moon on our iPhones!

It is located a bit farther out from the Medina.

We were absolutely delighted with everything: the architecture, the gardens, the pool, the spa, the food. So pretty! The staff is silently guessing your wishes before you even say anything. It would be great place to really forget about the world for a while. I wish we had more than 3 days. Hopefully we can come back again.

There was not such a thing. Everything was great. Maybe the fridge could be a bit cooler.

The property is stunning, the architecture to die for. Vast and sprawling so lots of walking to get to main pool and restaurants/reception. The pool is beautiful. Breakfast excellent. Everything is calm, peaceful and relaxed.

It’s quite remote from the sights. Every taxi ride is 20 euro in and 20 euro out. Sort of adds up. Would be nice if hotel provided regular shuttle complimentary.

Oh my goodness. I cannot put into words how serene this resort was. Once you get in you’re in a different world, the staff were amazing, the food was so good, the resort was so beautiful my gosh. Definitely worth every penny and I’ll definitely go back again.

The rooms were a bit too cold I think it was due to the stone walls and I just couldn’t understand the heating system

location, setting, personalized service, ambiance, quiet & relaxing, extreme luxury, cars to move around etc. Would like to mention Matthias which made our stay even more outstanding with his utmost care in offering superior hospitality in a 5 star that is unbeatable in Marrakech!! the cabanas are absolutely breathtaking
