The gardens are well maintained The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The dogs are friendly. Whole property is visually stunning and a feast to the eyes

Slow service in the restaurant Staff are friendly and polite but forgetful of the small requests and needed multiple reminders Windows in some rooms can’t be locked as the handles are broken.

The Riad was stunning, a really lovely mix of modern and traditional which felt luxurious while homely. The food was really nice, breakfast a great selection (including fresh omelettes) and the tagine and pool snacks were delicious. The the pool was really nice and the sun beds so comfy. The spa/Hammam was reasonably priced and the best I have in 4 trips to Marrakech! The thing that really set the trip apart was the staff, they couldn't do enough to help especially the reception (Zainib) and Mouna who was everything, she brought us tea in the morning, served our lunch and generally greeted us with a smile.

I genuinely cannot say I disliked anything at all.

I was on vacation with my mom and we both loved this Riad. All the tropical green plants and out of town peace and quit. All staff was very friendly, helpful and took good care of us. We wanted a place that has relaxing environment and a great pool area. Bonus that this Riad has good eating place and we didn't have to worry about food every day. And our big love goes out to 3 sweet dogs that made this place feel more like home, we loved the company and they were really friendly to us. So if you are looking for a place in Marrakesh that is maybe a little outside of the busy city (20min by car) but like green and peaceful environment, then I can really recommend Riad Jawad.

Rooms could have a little pampering in some time, nothing major just looking over the carpets, window frames and tabletops would already be a big upgrade.

The property was very clean and cosy. The layout and overall look of this place added a very nice ambiance to the holiday. The size of the resort helped as we were not constantly bumping into other guests!

Only negative is that the property is a little out from the main Madina, which meant we had to pay for taxis back & forth every time we left the resort - you cannot walk from the resort to anywhere, however it is perfect if you want a reprieve from all the noise of the main town.

I just love this place so much. Its a great place when you want to relax, enjoy quality time with your partner or family, read books and do nothing. Its very quite place, you can enjoy nature sounds. The room was very spacious, cleaned every day and the bathroom looked like from palace. The staff is amazing (especially Juzef) — they will help you with everything. I had massage there, and it was also amazing. Totally recommend you this place if you want to escape from the crazy & busy world we are livin’ it.

I booked it for my husband and I and we looked online for other places but this one stood out the most and it did not disappoint. It was a very secluded and secure place . The moment we stepped in we was amazed on how everything looked magical and clean just as like the photos . The staff was very on hand with everything we needed. The chef particularly made this trip wholesome because the food was delicious and we couldn’t stop going the restaurant for every meal ! We had to personally thank him and applaud him for his efforts . Would defo visit again thank you to everyone ❤️

The Moroccan food selection at the hotel was amazing, the tagines and the more authentic choices were some of the more tasty meals we had in Marrakesh and all made to order. The breakfast selection rotated which meant the selection was interesting, with the possibility to order eggs (scrambled, omelette etc). Staff (in particular the three main waiters at the restaurant and pool bar) were friendly, answered all our questions and were so thoughtful (e.g. knocking for us as they thought we would miss breakfast, offering to bring food to our room for us and making sure to communicate if some of the food had a longer cooking time). The receptionist was also very friendly and gave us a lovely warm welcome, and supported with booking taxis and suggesting restaurants for us too. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, nice space to walk around and different seating areas (inside and outside). We enjoyed having a more private space outside our room to sit. Swimming pool was heated and towels provided by the sun beds. We also experienced the spa on one of the rainier days - we would recommend the hamam. The hotel was a short 15-20 minutes from the Medina and reception are happy to support booking a taxi driver who will also book in a return trip.

Be mindful that this is not adults only, unfortunately we were in a large room which shared a wall with another large room, this meant that there was a family with two small kids next to us which was a little noisy at times.

Set in lovely peaceful gardens with a large heated pool the Riad Jawad exceeded my expectations. Our room was mere steps from the restaurant, pool and reception. Check in was easy and we were given an orientation tour on arrival. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Excellent shower and quality towels. The restaurant was open all day with a large selection of food available. The staff were very helpful and friendly. To get into town we just asked reception and they ordered a taxi within 15 minutes or so.

Really nothing although I found the mattress a little firm. The service in the restaurant on our last 2 days was a bit hit and miss as the regular staff seemed to have disappeared.

We enjoyed the last days of our holiday in Riad Jawad relaxing in the beautiful garden and at pool. The hotel is located outside Marrakech within a taxi drive of 15 minutes to Medina (pre-order for a fix price of MAD 150). We got an upgrade to senior suites at arrival which were comfortable and spacious. The room categories in Booking looked somewhat different from the actual room types. The staff at Riad was friendly and helpful. There is a small spa in house offering hammam and massages.

We were a bit disappointed with the restaurant offering given we stayed for several nights. The evening menu was limited and included many dishes that were not available. We would have hoped for fresh local dishes (rather than burger and pasta). The breakfast was ok and there was a lunch menu for light dishes and snacks at pool.

Staff was amazing. In particular Jalil and Yousef who serve in the restaurant. These guys go above and beyond and I would recommend them. They are soo good at their job they blew us away✨

No gym, special request are not followed up on, so be mindful if you want to make a surprise using staff at the reception.
