The exceptional staff made our stay very special (and one we will definitely be repeating). The hotel's social and communial spaces, our room, the beautiful grounds, pool and relaxed ambiance was just what we had hoped; everything had been thought about and nothing was too much trouble. Our breakfasts, snacks & drinks throughout the day and dinners every evening were really enjoyable - our individual choices were accommodated without question. Organisation of taxis to a number of venues we wanted to visit was efficient and made our excursions easy. THANK YOU.

There was NOTHING not to like!

Amazing location, near to Airport and the famous and lively market - Jemmah. Wonderful premises of the hotel with mesmerizing complex with an artistic construction. The staff, Fusia and Ali, are extremely polite, helpful and take extra efforts in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lovely to know them. We were served Mint greentea on arrival, which in itself a memorable experience. The food, especially lunch, and 3 course menu was amazing. Freshly prepared cuisine. The tejin preparation and portion size is too big. I would come here again (if the property is not sold out). The whole atmosphere is addictive.

Though there is nothing to dislike, but for a cofee person like me, I would love to have access to a hot kettle in room so that I can prepare my instant cofee whenever required. Although to note, the staff is great and serves coffee to room whenever u want.

Felt Just Like Home – Absolutely Loved It! I had such a great stay at this hotel – it honestly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, the staff were super welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself is stunning. The architecture had this beautiful Moroccan vibe but with a modern touch – such a perfect mix! Every little detail was so well thought out, and it all came together to create a really relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The food was amazing – every meal was delicious and full of flavour. You can tell a lot of care goes into what they serve. I honestly loved everything about my stay and would 100% come back. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s cozy, beautiful, and just overall amazing – this is the place!

Everything about the property itself was perfect, it’s like a little hidden paradise. The staff were all extremely helpful and accommodating. The food is excellent and always smelt amazing when they were cooking, they even catered for me with a gluten free breakfast. The animals roaming around also added a little something extra, we got a tortoise, peacocks, hens and the gorgeous cat!

The only negatives were the location, to go into the city it’s €20 each time in a taxi and there’s not much around locally. Also not so much a negative, but the pool isn’t heated so was extremely cold, I think that would make a wonderful addition and another reason to stay longer inside the hotel itself as everything about it was beautiful.

The staff were amazing, they were always so accommodating with any request we had. They recommended the best taxi app which provides the best value and not ridiculous amounts! We’re able to recommend things to do in the area. The ladies were lovely as well always polite and kept the place very clean, always a lovely smell when walking around. The place was always clean and the room was very spacious!

The pool is not heated but we did go in November so not height of the hot weather. It is a bit out of the way which is perfect as there was no loud noises at night such as music however it was not within walking distance of the city. I personally have a fear of birds and they have chickens free roaming (always treated well and was still clean) but personally didn’t enjoy this

It’s my second time staying at Les Jardins de Kesali. Salah, Walid and Ghizlan are exceptional employees, very attentive, very thoughtful and they made my stay all that more special. The property is beautiful and the menu is very reasonably priced for Marrakech. The place is wonderful if you want to get away and relax for a few days and soak in the sun and good food that Kesali has to offer. I’m already planning my third stay here 🤍

Everything was wonderful as per usual.

Everything! The architecture is just beautiful, the scenery. There’s chickens running around which is lovely. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. The manager I don’t know her name but she’s so welcoming and helpful. Value for money for the rooms and the hotel is exceptional. Food is great. It’s just luxury. I’m back for a second time in the same month.

I can’t fault it. Only thing is it can be a little 20/25 minute drive from the main centre but that’s nice because it’s out the way, relaxing and feels like a little paradise away from the busy city. Air feels cleaner.

Clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is of a good size and it’s cleaned daily. There are several comfortable sofas within the property to relax . The shower in room has a large glass wall that looks out to green lush gardens.

It was a little far away from the city but we welcomed this as it gave us the peace and quite time .

The resort itself was enjoyable and definitely had its own charm. The room was spacious and clean, and the garden was well-maintained. However, it's important to note that while the resort is nice, it is not a standard 4-star hotel. If you plan to spend most of your time at the resort, it could be a good choice. Here are some details: **Pros:** - Spacious room - Very kind and helpful staff - Nice private garden with cats, hens, and turtles - Exceptional and authentic dinner (starter, main dish, and dessert for 20€/person) **Good to know:** - The resort is located outside of Marrakesh, making taxis costly, and there are no nearby restaurants, cafes, or stores. - Immediately outside the resort, you'll encounter trash and garbage everywhere, which makes walking outside unappealing. - There is no gym. - The pool is not heated. - The room lacked some essential equipment such as a kettle, coffee machine, and TV. We didn't necessarily need these, but it's worth mentioning. - Wi-Fi in our room was unstable. - The resort operates on a cash-only basis and there is no ATM nearby, so make sure to bring plenty of cash. They accept both MAD and €.

The accommodation is just 15-minute drive away from the bustling city centre of Marrakech. The staff is very kind and want to provide you a relaxing time. Location is beautiful as well and all the cats around are a pro for us.

We couldn’t order a little snack for lunch. Just a whole 3 course menu. The menu was wonderful, but sometimes too much if you just want something light. Also little vegetarian / vegan options.
