The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were very professional and welcoming at all times. The pool was very nice and in a great location away from the busy locations but still easy to get to with taxi fares being at good value.

There was some kind of strike going on outside our hotel the last 2 days of us being there... went on a long time and was very loud. However, leaving the room and spending our time in the pool area, we soon forgot about this. Just hope it's only a one off as would love to return again!

I had a fantastic stay at Kech Boutique Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, and clean, but what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Safae, Soukaina, Ayoub, Oussama, Hamza, and Younes. each of you went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Your warmth and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciated every interaction. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech—I’ll definitely be back!

This is our second time at the hotel. We came June 2025 for a week and the service we received was amazing. We came again this year for a week. The staff were all very attentive, helpful and caring. Ready to help at a moment’s notice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Lifeguard is always present making sure everyone is safe and everyone ish having a good time. It was really nice to see familiar faces again and the staff even recognised us! We built a positive relationship with the members and would be glad to come back again in the future. If you come to this hotel, you will be looked after really well and the staff are honestly a blessing and so so professional. Younus is one of the first person that recognised us and was incredibly happy to see us again. Every time he saw us, he made to sure to check with us that we are having a good time and if there is anything he can help with. Safae has truly been wonderful with all our requests and questions. Always greeting everyone with a big smile and friendly personality. Khalil has been also been amazing with aiding us with our requests and questions. We couldn’t have asked for better staff members honestly. Hamza and the manager Oussama have from the first day been really accommodating. These are not the only ones who made our stay and experience memorable, there are so many more. Every single member is so professional and friendly that we are so impressed by their dedication and commitment. The ones mentioned and every other staff member especially those behind the scenes are the backbone of this truly great hotel and without them the hotel wouldn’t be the same. We will be coming back again soon!

First of all the amazing Jamal who helped us and ensured we had a great stay in Marrakech from the moment we checked in. Jamal is a superstar. The hotel is really lovely with a well designed main area with a big pool and children’s pool and lots of pretty vegetation. There’s also a gym and a spa. There are indoor and outdoor eating areas with wonderful food and service. The beds are comfortable and great lighting options. Very clean with balconies and air conditioning. A special mention to Ayoub, Oussam, Sofal and Soukaina and the smiling omelette lady. Not forgetting the waiter who played table tennis with my son. Jamal’s welcome 2nd to none!

The location is superb, with all major attractions easily accessible within a 10–15 minute taxi ride, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was consistently excellent, offering a great start to each day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable special thanks to Ossama, Jamal, Hassan, and the kind lady at reception. Their constant willingness to assist, always checking if we needed anything, truly elevated our experience. The swimming pool was well-maintained and provided the perfect setting to relax. One of the highlights of our stay was spending each morning after breakfast by the pool, soaking up the sun, it was truly soothing and rejuvenating. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The overall hospitality from every team member was outstanding. The spa services are also highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind. All in all, this is a must-visit destination, and we’re already looking forward to returning!

If there's one area for improvement, it would be the attitude of the barman at the poolside. On one occasion, he was a bit harsh and sarcastic, which stood out in contrast to the otherwise warm and welcoming service throughout the hotel.

Nice quiet boutique hotel. We stayed 2 nights in early August, family of 4. 10 mins by taxi from/to Jemaa el Fnaa, 150 dirhams. Rooms and bathrooms were very generous size , private balcony Súper clean, pool area very well attended, fresh towels etc The bar by the pool served nice food all day, (burger and meatballs tagine were delicious fresh halal) the pool area had just a bunch of tables (around 8 max) lovely settings by the pool, chill out music in the background , great service by the waiters more over Hammed who was always very keen to help looking after customers. Breakfast service was really amazing, fresh & abundant. Everyone was very very friendly and helpful, from Soukaina who was making fresh amsaman (Moroccan pancakes) and omelettes to Hamza and everyone else. I would also hardly recommend the Spa treatment, what a nice massage! The ladies were so professionals Overall we will defo go back, a boutique hotel makes the experience more personal and special. Recommending it to everyone!!.

All good not bad comments

We loved our stay at Kech, the massive bed was very comfortable and even helped my husband's sciatica. The room is huge with your personal balcony. The pool area is fantastic and very cosy as the sounds of birds around the pool area gave a very serene and peaceful experience. The staff were ALL very helpful and went the extra mile when you needed their help from our very first night. Special mention to khalil Ayoub, Soukaina, Jamal and the lady who tendered to us when we arrived, they all helped make our stay at memorable one. The location is great and central to key areas like Medina, Manea mall, Buddha bar and is also a 10 minute walk to the Carrefour Supermarket which is situated in a mall with other shops and restaurants.

The location was very good and the staff were extremely helpful especially Jamal . He helped us with our day trips, places to eat and visit. He is very humble and polite. Hamza the pool assistant was very good , made us comfortable at the pool , provided towels and made us comfortable during our stay. Fatima the cleaning lady always made sure that our room was clean and smelling nicely. She used to change our towels every day and room was cleaned every. She was always smiling. All the staff were friendly and polite. Good hospitality and good communication.

The location was good. Close to the airport, shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

How to get started with how much I love Kech hotel. Let's start with Oussame, Jamal, Saf ae, and Khalil the staff the assisted my group of 15 during our recent stay, they are world class in customer service. They all worked well as a team helping with our check in process ensuring it went smoothly and without error and delays to helping with our luggage and providing us with details on the hotel. Because we had a large group the management and front desk receptionist Oussame, Khalil and Saf ae checked in with me and helped to clarify any questions we had and made our visit pleasant. The breakfast was good and what is needed to fuel up for hot days in Marrakech. The hotel location is in such a quiet location but provides quick access to the mall and to the Medina. I would highly recommend Kech hotel

Everything is great

Kech hotel and staff were exceptionally excellent. From my prior communication before booking with Oussame who answered my many questions and concerns about my group booking. He took time to help me and also made sure when we arrived we had all we needed. Upon Arrival to the hotel Saf ae the front desk receptionist was extremely warm and welcomed my 15 guests. They all had different room options and Saf ae ensured we all had a smooth and quick check in with no error. She's amazing. Khalil, also the front desk receptionist provided continuous support to our guests during our stay and was very kind. A special mention to Jamal who helped with our massive amount of luggage. He was so pleasant and worked hard without complaining with a smile. Kech is now our home in Morocco.
