The hotel is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were very professional and welcoming at all times. The pool was very nice and in a great location away from the busy locations but still easy to get to with taxi fares being at good value.

There was some kind of strike going on outside our hotel the last 2 days of us being there... went on a long time and was very loud. However, leaving the room and spending our time in the pool area, we soon forgot about this. Just hope it's only a one off as would love to return again!

The location was very good and the staff were extremely helpful especially Jamal . He helped us with our day trips, places to eat and visit. He is very humble and polite. Hamza the pool assistant was very good , made us comfortable at the pool , provided towels and made us comfortable during our stay. Fatima the cleaning lady always made sure that our room was clean and smelling nicely. She used to change our towels every day and room was cleaned every. She was always smiling. All the staff were friendly and polite. Good hospitality and good communication.

The location was good. Close to the airport, shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superb hotel from the moment we arrived when the porters were keen to help us with the baggage, to the huge room and immaculate, really lovely decor, lovely bed, lovely desk for me to work at, lovely shower and bathroom facilities, room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was superb and I also used the swimming pool which was lovely, and the deck chairs there were perfect. My wife also used the spa facilities and was very happy. We also used room service to eat one evening in the bar area and that was wonderful also; all the waiters and waitresses were 100A% polite all the time which was really nice to see. Thank you.

Great service from every department. Room super spacious, very large and comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, nice food at the pool restaurant. A special thank you to Fatima in housekeeping and Soufa + Khalil at the front desk who assisted us efficiently with our special requirements.

Location is ten minutes far from the centre, easily reachable however at walking distance there is not a lot.

It is tucked away in a quiet corner, yet still within walking distance to all the major attractions. I cannot recommend Kech Boutique Hotel and Spa enough. it was lovely and relaxed and the bedrooms were easy to access.the bar was lovely.the music was great.it was quiet but the season was nearly over.the staff couldn’t do enough for us…they were amazing.in particular we loved the spa had two treatments which were the best we have ever had.

the towels were poor quality.the carpets were dirty and worn…basic bedrooms.
