Due to a problem with payment thru booking, the front desk responsable offered is an upgrade to a suite garden view without cost, which was great. Fantastic costumer Service and front desk, Mr. Taofic and Mr. Narroudine. Really good breakfast, pool area very pleasent. We used the free transport to Medina, which also was very nice. Very relaxing hotel, away from the noisy Medina. We will be back for sure.

This is a dreamy resort!.The pool was exceptional and so was the vibe. The location is great as it is close to many amazing restaurants and the club. I made some core memories while being there.

The only reason I didn’t give it the maximum rating is because the plumbing was lacking, the toilet wasn’t working when we first checked out and sometimes there would be a general smell of sewage wafting from the toilet. Also I think some bits from the mini bar should’ve been free like the water for example.

I asked for a large bed, and they just put 2 single beds side by side, this was a little bit uncomfortable, beds kept moving apart. That was the only negative point. Other remarks: 1 We only got one slipper. 2 Shower gel bottle was empty.

The food, pool, cleaness and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, amazing omelettes, mermen, and many recently done Marrakesh pastries. Plenty of salty and sweet options and lot of fruits. I have also gluten free bread ready every morning. We only had dinner once and it was a really yummy barbecue. I am very surprised of the bad reviews I could read about the hotel, none of them are true or at least we did not experience them. No queus for eating and it all went very good. Waiters were always smiling and very helpful. We used the fitness room and it was very well equipped. The pool was always clean and towels were provided everyday. Aqua gym was fun. My toddlers have plenty of fun and made many friends. We did not use the kid club but the girl seemed to be very nice. Playground included a trampoline and was super fun for them. Mouad supported us with every issue and the staff at the reception were always nice. Also the person who helped us to bring the suitcases to the room. Water is provided everyday in the room. They upgraded us to a pool view room for free which was a nice gesture. We will definetely go back next time we are in Marrakesh.

We did not take full board option (because we were doing excursions every day). Having dinner at the buffet was 40 euros per adult that we found a bit excessive. We only had it once and the food quality was very good. For lunch, the pool restaurant was a perfect option, affordable, fast and delicious. And for dinner we were taking the free bus to the medina to enjoy the evening there. As well some restaurants around the hotel were a very good option.

My stay at the Kenzi Menara Palace in Marrakech was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered optimal comfort. The overall setting of the hotel is calm and pleasant—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The breakfast was generous and of high quality, with fresh products. I especially appreciated the little touches that made all the difference. A place where you truly feel at ease—I highly recommend it and will definitely come back with great pleasure. Breakfast at the hotel is phenomenal, with a wide variety of items to choose from and plenty of food available. I enjoyed it immensely! They serve breakfast until 11 AM, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely meal. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool as well as a smaller heated pool, making it a true 5-star experience. While it is a bit pricey, everything you need is right here; you won't even have to leave the hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a spacious bar situated in a cozy area. My room faced the garden, which was perfect for those who appreciate a calm atmosphere and love watching birds. I spent most of my time on the terrace, sipping wine and enjoying the sight of the birds coming and going. It was so much fun!

The air conditioner is not efficient in the summer! in the winter i keep the windows open . so i dont need the airconditioner.

The outdoor swimming pools are exceptionally clean and they are very large, and beautiful. The open areas are nice and very large, not crowded, but quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, with a smile and their face at all times. The room was large and nice, well equipped and perhaps required a tiny bit of renovation, but we felt almost like at home.

The cocktail bar was a bit short on options, and some of them were not stellar. The best, in my opinion, was the Mojito.The breakfast was good. Not the best breakfast I have ever had, to be honest, but good enough. The coffee wasn't great either, and we usually had coffee in a shopping mall close by to the hotel.

Stayed here with 10 colleagues on a work trip celebrating a birthday. We chose the hotel because of its large rooms and comfort, and the all inclusive option, all of which were exactly what we needed. The rooms are huge, modern. What made the stay special was the staff. Mouad and the team gave us a warm welcome and looked after us exceptionally throughout the stay. He was always checking in with us to ensure we were happy. Chaima at reception ensured we got the room set up we needed eventually. Thank you also to Abdel at the door for his amazing energy, smile and great vibes. Will be back!

Although the food was good, it wasn’t quite the level you’d expect at a 5 star hotel. However the service more than made up for it, and it didn’t detract from our experience. Also, it’s 10 mins from the main square, if that’s important. However, only a short taxi ride or free shuttle (although that doesn’t go so often).

We booked the room with breakfast only. This worked well for dinner because we ate in the different restaurants available onsite. The Italian and the Moroccan restaurants are not included in the full board cost. You can get a reasonably priced meal at the pool bar for lunch. The buffet for lunch has a great selection but costs 40 euros a head. The smaller pool has a cover over it at night, so the water is warmer (we were there in March and it was low twenties. The big pool was still too cold. We were there during Ramadan, which makes the city quieter, and the resort was also quiet. It did not cause any difficulties with eating; we just made sure we only ate and drank in the places meant for eating and not on the street. The staff are very kind and helpful. They do speak English.

The beds are lovely and big but the mattress is quite hard. A bit too hard for my back, unfortunately.
