Due to a problem with payment thru booking, the front desk responsable offered is an upgrade to a suite garden view without cost, which was great. Fantastic costumer Service and front desk, Mr. Taofic and Mr. Narroudine. Really good breakfast, pool area very pleasent. We used the free transport to Medina, which also was very nice. Very relaxing hotel, away from the noisy Medina. We will be back for sure.

This is a dreamy resort!.The pool was exceptional and so was the vibe. The location is great as it is close to many amazing restaurants and the club. I made some core memories while being there.

The only reason I didn’t give it the maximum rating is because the plumbing was lacking, the toilet wasn’t working when we first checked out and sometimes there would be a general smell of sewage wafting from the toilet. Also I think some bits from the mini bar should’ve been free like the water for example.

I asked for a large bed, and they just put 2 single beds side by side, this was a little bit uncomfortable, beds kept moving apart. That was the only negative point. Other remarks: 1 We only got one slipper. 2 Shower gel bottle was empty.

Breakfast at the hotel is phenomenal, with a wide variety of items to choose from and plenty of food available. I enjoyed it immensely! They serve breakfast until 11 AM, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely meal. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool as well as a smaller heated pool, making it a true 5-star experience. While it is a bit pricey, everything you need is right here; you won't even have to leave the hotel. There are multiple restaurants and a spacious bar situated in a cozy area. My room faced the garden, which was perfect for those who appreciate a calm atmosphere and love watching birds. I spent most of my time on the terrace, sipping wine and enjoying the sight of the birds coming and going. It was so much fun!

The air conditioner is not efficient in the summer! in the winter i keep the windows open . so i dont need the airconditioner.

My stay at the Kenzi Menara Palace in Marrakech was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and offered optimal comfort. The overall setting of the hotel is calm and pleasant—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The breakfast was generous and of high quality, with fresh products. I especially appreciated the little touches that made all the difference. A place where you truly feel at ease—I highly recommend it and will definitely come back with great pleasure. A special thank you to Mouad and abdel for the kindness and positive energy, and to Ilham from public relations for her warm welcome and professionalism.

I visited this hotel with 3 of my friends and we had a fantastic time. It’s the employees who make this hotel special. Kenzi are very lucky to have such an amazing group of coaches who constantly went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. This involves Mahdi, Chaima, Mouad & Jimmy. The entertainment every night was first class! And they appealed to people of all ages. The hotel wouldn’t be the same without them so please keep them happy at all costs! Ayoub and Zakaria (who work behind the bar) were also fantastic and extremely attentive. I would also recommend speaking with a man called Shareef who works in the hotel as he sorted out our activities for the entire trip!

The only issue I have with the hotel is an incident which occurred upon checkout. We were in a rush to go to the airport and the receptionist wanted to charge us for a missing towel in my friends room. We thought this was ludicrous as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, therefore why are they causing such a hassle over a missing towel which was probably picked up elsewhere in the resort? To make matters worse, they said they would check our bags individually for the towels if we didn’t pay the fine?!?! This left a sour taste in my mouth. However, I am willing to look past this because of my positive experience with the other members of staff who I have mentioned above.

We booked the room with breakfast only. This worked well for dinner because we ate in the different restaurants available onsite. The Italian and the Moroccan restaurants are not included in the full board cost. You can get a reasonably priced meal at the pool bar for lunch. The buffet for lunch has a great selection but costs 40 euros a head. The smaller pool has a cover over it at night, so the water is warmer (we were there in March and it was low twenties. The big pool was still too cold. We were there during Ramadan, which makes the city quieter, and the resort was also quiet. It did not cause any difficulties with eating; we just made sure we only ate and drank in the places meant for eating and not on the street. The staff are very kind and helpful. They do speak English.

The beds are lovely and big but the mattress is quite hard. A bit too hard for my back, unfortunately.

The hotel needs a lot of improvement, especially in the rooms ,With all the difficulties I had, I would still rate my stay a 10 because of the staff , they were absolutely amazing: kind, helpful, and always patient. Ilham was also kind and did her best to assist. Thanks to them all .

Busy breakfast times can be noisy and crowded,some mornings the table isn’t set, but they truly do their best considering the rush. Also, the hair dryer in the room wasn’t working, and the sound insulation wasn’t great,I could sometimes hear a baby crying in the room next to mine, which made it hard to sleep
