Rooms are really big. Staff are exceptionally professional and provide quality service (e.g. getting reasonable taxi rates). This place is better than a hotel and beds are extra comfortable. It’s 2 mins walk from the shopping mall with a huge grocery stall in the basement and multiple restaurants on the top floor.

There’s no gym and the provided breakfast is quite lacking. The downtown city is 15mins away which requires taxi.

Great staff and very comfortable, clean rooms. The location is around 4 km from the medina, but it's easy to get there by walking (about 30 minutes) or taking a taxi just in front of the shopping center, which is next door. The riad also offers breakfast and an indoor restaurant with delicious and reasonably priced food. We didn't use it, but there is also a roof jacuzzi and a hammam available within the riad. We stayed there for 5 days and loved it.

The people were absolutely great and helpful we have been hosted by a group of professionals. The place is very beautiful relaxing and comfortable . The cleaning service tidied up the room daily. The location is not far from a city centre but far enough to get some peace after busy day. Riad had bar and food and there are nice restaurants nearby too, aswell as shops and taxis. Breakfast choice was little but tasty :)

The pool is lovely but it's not heated, which is OK when the weather is hot (its been 24-27 degrees during our stay) we wish we just knew that before booking as we have been really keen on swimming that unfortunately didn't happen as water felt freezing cold

Everything was excellent. Location is good and easy to reach center, taxi are easily available as there is big shopping mall right next to the Riad. Riad is in new area and not in medina. But interiors were really awesome. Lots of attention put in in the interiors. Breakfast was good, we really liked the hot Moroccan crepes. All the staff were always smiling, courteous and ready to help.

We had booked superior double room, they gave us a room next to swimming pool. It did not look like the pictures we had seen while booking, but we were so tired that we didnt bother and just checked-in. At night, we could not sleep as it felt someone was constantly walking above, it turned out there is cafe right above the room. At midnight, we complained so they immediately shifted us to another room(with sleeping son in tow). The new room matched with what we had seen, which they should have given in 1st place, anyways, the beds were comfortable and we could slee and staff(sorry, i didnt remember his name) was really helpful to us.

AMAZING! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so welcome and taken care of at a hotel. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean/ big, the breakfast was delicious and I absolutely loved it. The location is close to the airport but it was super easy to get to everywhere by taxi (and cheap). I highly recommend staying here and I will be coming back next time I’m in Marrakesh!

Riad Soir de Marrakech was an absolutely beautiful place, rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, and location so convenient.

Discotheque noise, please don’t forget your earplugs. I had an issue about it but the staff managed to solve it by moving me. Overall experience was excellent.

A fantastic Riad, with wonderful, helpful, kind staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great discussions with Simo in the bar, who really helped us to understand Moroccan culture.. We stayed in one of the suites, definitely worth the little extra, a huge tastefully decorated room, with a very comfortable bed.

The staff were exceptional. There is a mall opposite the riad. The coffee in the bar was very tasty.

The shower handpiece kept falling down and it didn't drain properly.

I want to thank the staff : Youssra , all mohamed's , Loubna hanane Yassin. the recommended opportunity to visit Marrakech was at the point of my expectations and to meet those sweet people was the main point, much love to you all❤️❤️

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, thank you Mohamed and Yousra and all the staff in there you guys were amazing also the owner such a lovely person thank you sir for your efforts . They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting marrakech
